We had a great experience with Dwayne at the Chelsea showroom. We're super impressed with the quality of the sofas and the customer service from purchase to delivery. Their refund/exchange policy could be improved but can't fault the customer service.

Incredibly comfy sofa. Great service from purchase to delivery.

This is a rating to reflect the service not the actual quality of the bed which is very nice and I’m very happy with my new bed.

Unfortunately, the customer service and communication throughout my order were extremely disappointing. I was repeatedly assured that my bed would be delivered on a specific date, and I received this confirmation in writing. Based on those assurances, I arranged for my existing bed to be removed to make space for the new one.

Only after chasing for an update was I informed that my delivery had been delayed by another week. To make matters worse, I had been promised a callback and update from a manager - Dan, which never happened. I was left to do all the chasing myself.

After writing a review Mo at Opa got in touch and offered to help to put things right. He ensured my bed was delivered the day it was meant to and offered a partial refund for the lack of service and has promised to be better for future customers.

We went to the Chelsea showroom, unfortunately they did not have the sofa we were interested in on display (Marylebone). However, the ones on display were so comfortable and good quality, we took a gamble and ordered it anyway. Special thanks to Doyin Daniels in the Chelsea showroom for helping us out in the showroom and when we came to placing our order - he couldn’t have been more helpful!
Delivery was super quick (4 weeks), although we did have to chase up on getting the delivery booked in. Everything else was super smooth and the sofa is beyond our expectations! We couldn’t be happier with it!

He was always kind, professional, and willing to answer our questions. He went above and beyond to support us throughout the process, and we truly appreciate everything he did for us.

I ordered 2 rugs from OPA but they never arrived. I was told I could have a refund and that it had been processed - again it never arrived then I spoke to Doyin Daniels - he was so helpful. He was in constant communication with me and really cared about me getting my refund, he called daily so see if I had received it. He really did go above and beyond for me until I finally received a full refund. He is a great asset to OPA living.

Fantastic experience, ordered the cloud sofa on the 7 days delivery as we were in a rush. Delivery actually came sooner than expected wgich was amazing. Sofa looks really good just as i envisioned it in our space.

I saw the OPA Living Cloud sofa on Instagram and decided to visit the store. We were given a very warm welcome by Doyin on arrival and he was very knowledgeable about the sofas. The process of deciding on the configuration and the colour was detailed and although the conversation went off on tangents at times it was thorough to decide on the right set up for me. I was undecided between two colours and Doyin encouraged me to take the samples home and let him know the next day which colour I had decided on. Two cushions were provided and Doyin said that he would throw in two extra cushions which unfortunately never arrived. I added the Koya Oversized mirror to my order a few days later having thought about it non-stop since I had seen it in the shop! I was assured that all the items would be delivered together which they were not. The sofa arrived quickly (quicker than expected) and the delivery company were excellent. The mirror arrived a few weeks later and I did have to chase it up a few times.
I am absolutely delighted with both items. The sofa is stunning in the living room and is so comfortable, definitely the perfect one for my space. The mirror sets off the hallway beautifully.

We ordered the Cloud L shaped sofa in Mallard velvet and the footstool in Peony velvet with the Loxa fabric cover (Order #OPA32497). From the start of the process the OPA team were extremely helpful and I had a LOT of queries! I had video/phone calls with the showroom and factory, they even facetimed themselves sitting on the sofa showing the back support and parts of the sofa, as we could not visit the showroom - specific shoutouts to Val and Doyin but all were amazing! OPA provided fabric specs and many, many samples so I could compare to another sofa supplier we’d shortlisted. They were fast to reply by email too and had no issues with us asking for a later delivery after our holiday. Delivery went very well, the team unpacked and assembled the sofa in our room of choice and removed all packaging.
The sofa itself is AMAZING! So lovely to look at and comfortable! Great quality too. Highly recommend both the sofa and OPA!

The chairs arrived on time and delivery people where very helpful and even took the packaging with them which we wanted so that we don't have to throw away. The swivel boucle chairs are very comfy and we have been using them for a month now. I can sit on them all day and they feel amazing.

He even chased up our order to make sure everything went smoothly. We ended up going for the Brooklyn sofa and we absolutely love it. High quality and so comfy. Highly recommend!

We love our Opa couch! We weren’t sure at first but when we went to the showroom in Chelsea, Doyin helped us select one and made the process very easy. He even went above and beyond when we wanted bespoke cushions and different fabrics. Highly recommend the couch and the service.

We fell in love with the Brooklyn sofa when we saw it in person in the Chelsea show room. The entire experience from then was very professional and incredibly smooth, Doyin looked after us from the start and made sure that we got exactly what we wanted. 10/10 customer service.
