Engineer great. Jon turned up on time to sort out the transition to a digital phone. All done within 45 mins. And put the new router code into all tech, telly, mobile and laptop. Great service from Jon for Openreach

The engineer was polite, quick efficient, clean and friendly. One improvement would be, to give a better estimate of arrival time, rather than a 5 hour window. Or a call 30 mins out.

Good service
I was advised from the beginning what my installation date was and what will happen via videos and to confirm if i was available on the day. The engineer who came was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the process and answered any queries i had. It was good from start to finish and i cannot fault the service.
