An absolute scam and disgusting customer service. I have wasted hours of time doing their surveys but then they wouldn't accept government issued passport as identification.

I am so disappointed with their lack of valid response and the way they let you complete surveys, earn points but then refuse to let you redeem them.

Avoid this company and use Rewardia.co.nz instead. It is legit and trustworthy.

They just kick you out of the survey and give you a small amount of points.

Getting rewards is a challenge

Surveys advertised are available, point system is reliable

When retired, bring able to Express oneself, give opinions about alltypes of issues and subjects on a safe, online format, Not being criticized for those said opinions and get rewarded for it , spending time of day to do something constructive knowing it also helps others with statistics information that can be used for good. makes me and each day feel worthwhile.thank you.

The surveys a generally very good, but I do find it a little annoying at times, when I am 5 minutes in t o survey and it shuts down and tells me we all the replies we need, other than this I quite enjoy doing most surveys

It would be nice to be able to earn more points more quickly

I was able to claim reward easily.

The points are reasonably fair for the survey duration, payment is fast, customer service is prompt and helpful.

I enjoy the surveys I receive. I would however like to receive more. I often feel there is some age discrimination - I seem to be perfect for the survey, then I enter my age (80) and suddenly I'm no longer suitable or they have enough people already.
Otherwise all good!

The surveys are from all over. The times given tend to be optimistic. Good way to fill in some time and earn something.

Amazing, quick customer service when there was a problem with a survey rewarding my points. Always have surveys waiting when I log in. Only thing that would be nice is for the points to be in dollar amounts (i.e. $10 rather than 500 points).
