Fast shipping, great customer service and communication. I think initially I was confused about how it would all work, so maybe clarify that on your website or send out an email as soon as someone purchases this type of item so they know the steps?

I had sent two pairs of glasses to be reglazed (one regular pair and one pair of sunglasses). I was regularly given updates on my order so I knew about the progress, then they were sent back fast and I am very satisfied with the result !

Optically provided a fantastic "white-glove" service throughout my two purchases. In two batches I sent four frames to have their lenses replaced. Immediately after I submitted my first order, I was contacted by an extremely helpful and polite individual (Mike) who guided me through the process, fixed my mistakes, sought feedback and showed a genuine interest in providing me with a great product and service. In addition, this service was the cheapest I found online. Beyond reliable and far surpassing my expectations I will not go anywhere else.

I had a difficult time trying to find a company that would put in my prescription lenses in frames that I owned. I was so pleased to have found optically, as they provide this service. I just sent my frames, with my vision prescription! I recently recieved my glasses, and I am so pleased with the service. I highly recommend this company, if you are looking for great customer service and quality product.

Straight forward, really good value. Had to wait a bit long for them is the only slight complaint I have.

Glasses looked good and and was really nice BUT only for 2 weeks, then the screw on the glasses did not Last because it is too short so I feel like the glasses was made to break easily and I did take the titanium series so it Last long... I reached Customer services about that and told me they will send a replacement and after 2 months since my purchase i'm still stuck with my old broken puma brand glasses that I had for 7 years for about 300$ and the titanium was 400 and Last 2 weeks... just skip them if you dont want any problems...

If you are in a hurry don't buy from them. I ordered just the lenses for a reframe in late April - you have to submit your prescription when you place the order and pay, keep this in mind - and had to contact them to know where to ship the frame because they won't send you instruction (also, you have to pay to ship the frame to them and no, it's not 12 $ like they write on the website, is more then 20 from Vancouver). After probably 2/3 weeks I contacted the customer service asking if they could confirm they have received the frame (I already knew they would because I saw from the tracking nr but my order was not updated and nobody notified me) it took 10 days for them to reply they have place the order with the laboratory that does the lenses for them and they were waiting to have them back (this was already end of May). Beginning of June they sent me an email saying that there were an additional cost in my lenses production so I had to pay another 29$ (still not sure why as they had my prescription since April). Middle June as my order was still not updated in their website I ask how the things were going and they replied that my glasses were finally at the final stage so they could have been shipped in a week or so. End of June I contacted them again asking why they haven't shipped yet, I got mad and they admitted they made a mistake so they had to have the lenses redone. Finally beginning of July they sent me a tracking nr (with a typo , so I had to check again with them for the correct one) and I finally receive my glasses back around July 10 or 12. Unbelievable.

The process was streamlined, it took 5 minutes to prepare my order and service was efficient and quick.

I had a couple pairs of glasses "re-glazed" by Optically. I marked my pupils on the old lenses with a marker and mailed my glasses. Optically recommended a different lens from what I had selected based on my strong prescription and astigmatism and I went with their recommendations. The glasses came back to me fairly quickly. No complaints.

Wanted to get new lenses put in my favourite RayBan frames, so I figured I'd give these folks a shot.
They pinged me to let me know that they had broken my ($250) frames and told me I could choose from their selection as long as they did not exceed $100. When I pressured them to rethink this decision they let me choose a pair of "Lacoste" frames valued @$130. We are now two months into this ordeal at this point.

I finally received the glasses. 1 - counterfeit frames made of cheap plastic and super bendy, and 2, the worst part - they completely messed up the prescription. They are completely unusable.

I would avoid this company at all costs.

I sent some glass frames in to be reglazed, it took about 2 1/2 weeks after Optically received them to get them back (a little longer than I was expecting), but very good work, prescription correct, no problems

I came across this service recently and placed my first order in January 2022. Excellent service all through. Mailing my frames was easy, reglazing was done professionally and received within the time frame promised. Overall value for money.
