This was my second order from Optically. My in person contacts with the people I spoke to were very friendly and helpfull.
The reason I did not give five stars is that the confirmation email for my order said I would recieve order updates at different stages but this never happened. I had to contact customer support on my own.

Having said that, both of my orders were fulfilled in a reasonable amount of time and the product was as expected.

Frames are ok, but the lens Rx is not. Worst pair of glasses I've ever worn. Company won't refund, only 're-align'. Not impressed with the support. Never again.

I have purchased glasses and received them rather quickly. I am impressed with the quality and the look.

Didn't know this option existed until I did a quick search. Had a pair of old frames in great condition that needed new lenses. Process took about 2 weeks from when I shipped out the frames to when I received back my glasses. Customer service provided me updates along the way. Couldn't be happier.

The staff are pleasant and helpful. I ordered glasses with a frame I liked, when it came, it was the wrong style. Apparently what I ordered was not what was shown on website. Customer service told me what to do and I was able to get another frame.

My glasses arrived today and I am very, very pleased with them. Excellent fit, perfect vision and very light!! Good service and exceptional product! Kevin

Glasses are great, they look good and the prescription is right. The shipping took forever, which I won't hold against you since we are living in a pandemic. The only annoying thing is that the site claims to be Canadian, but I was charged in American currency so they ended up costing way more than the checkout suggested. I wish they'd be upfront about being an American company that just sells in Canada.

Good choices for nice glasses. I'm very happy with the glasses I received. Prices are excellent also!!

The website is easy to navigate and I'm able to easily narrow my search based on a bunch of criteria which makes it easier to choose frames.

Everything else was nice but the shipping took forever. Overall good pricing and decent product

I was panicking after loosing my distance glasses. I'm waiting for a cataract removal,so didn't want to go for a new prescription. I entered my old prescription onto your website and in less than 2 weeks received my replacement glasses. Now I can legally drive. I'm still waiting for the surgery but when I have it I'll be looking a new glasses from you! Thank you!

No complaints. Delivery on time. Any time I asked for anything a reply was in my mailbox next day

The customer service representatives were very helpful. They carefully explained the ordering process and were patient with all the questions I had asked.

I love my glasses and the customer service was excellent if I had any concerns. I will continue to get my glasses from here.
