Opumo has a great selection of brands, services and articles. It is my go to place for well designed and well made products. Customer service was also great and they were very proactive to follow up on order inquiries.

Great customer service from Ahmed in replacing a faulty item, and following up after the replacement to check everything okay.

My item was out of stuck after I made the order. It was a birthday present so I was sad that a new order wouldnt arrive in time. Ahmed responded prompt and solved the problem with similar items. Great customer service!!

There was a problem in order, but Jenny and Olya in customer service, are really kind and finally solved the problem by contacting the brand. So I'm willing to be their regular despite of the past problem.

So I posted here earlier this week about the late arrival of my husband’s birthday present and Opumo very quickly responded to say they’d look in to it, be in touch etc. At that point the delivery tracking website said they’d deliver to where I work today. I changed my wfh day to be at work to receive it. It didn’t arrive and now the tracking website says Friday and I’m yet to hear from Opumo. Seems they respond quickly here for the sake of PR but the behind the scenes is a little different.

I recently bought a pair of Garrett Leight shades through Opumo and was really impressed by their customer service. They gave me an honest opinion of this brand amongst others and I’m loving them. I like their taste!
