Quiz questions
I was struggling with one of the quiz questions today and just could not seem to get it right.
I booked a call with the tutor team which was quick and easy and the call arrived promptly.
Shak was the tutor who made the call and although when discussing the problem, it turns out it was my attention to detail. He remained reassuring that this was a common problem and left me feeling comfortable and not stupid.
The process was efficient and Shak was a great tutor who also took the time to answer a few more questions I had.

I had a Level 2 Gym Instructor assessment two days ago. My assessor was Paul. He was very reassuring and professional. He helped me get through the assessment, which I found quite stressful, as I don't do well when I'm being observed. Paul put me at ease. Paul's feedback was also eye-opening and a valuable learning experience. Oh, and I passed. Thank you, Paul!
