Chloe was brilliant at helping me with a section of my course I was stuck on. She helped me find the correct answers and showed me the reasoning behind it

I'm doing the level 3 PT course and I had a query on a calculation to progress on my gym program card. I then connected via the chat line with a tutor called Ian who was very helpful in helping me solve my problem.

This was my second call with Lexi about the Level 3 program card. I was really overwhelmed about the task and she simplified the process and encouraged me to give it my best shot. After my attempt I was given a few bits of feedback and again, Lexi went over this in enough detail not to overcomplicate things and I felt confident that I knew how to amend the card after the call. She has helped me a lot!

I had a great conversation with Steven greenwood, Steven was very nice and professional.
He explained about all the options and what each option is offering.
Didn't need to ask anything after our conversation...

I had a query and I got a response in very quick time. My issue was sorted very efficiently.

I have found origym so good! So easy to navigate and informative. I had Lexi as my assessor in the day, she was great! Made me feel really comfortable and gave great feedback.

I did my level 3 assessment yesterday with Paul, not only was he super helpful (and put me at ease) on the day, I has also spoken to him before the session to run through some questions on a call. I would recommend scheduling a call before assessment days to help prepare. Thanks for your help Paul!

I would like to give a special thanks to Ainhoa on the Student Services team. I had a bit of a difficult situation and Ainhoa was professional and sorted everything out for me. Origym are a very good company and really look after their students!

Speaking with Paul Sutherberry today was really good and very informative. He helped me put my mind at ease and explained a few walls I had hit and how to handle them.

Lexi called on time, and answered all questions I presented in an extremely concise manner. Her advice was constructive and supportive.

Kirsty Evans was top tier!

I don't usually go out of my way to leave reviews, so the fact I'm writing this says a lot.

I had my Level 2 and Level 3 practical assessments with Kirsty Evans over the weekend, and she made the whole process so much better. She kept everything calm, was extremely helpful from start to finish, and put everyone at ease right away.

Assessments can naturally be stressful, but her approach made a massive difference. Huge credit to Kirsty and the OriGym team—couldn't have asked for a better assessor!

Had my level 2 practical assessment, was really nervous going into it, Paul was ace and really calmed my nerves and supported me through it. Once started didn’t feel like an assessment at all, and felt really comfortable going through it!

Carla’s workshop 2 inspired me to do my Yoga assessment, she had the confidence in me when I didn’t have it in myself. She believed in me so much I was encouraged to do my assessment which I am so happy I did as I passed and learnt a lot on the day. Carla is kind and compassionate extremely patient and I will be forever grateful 🥰
