OriGym Reviews

Rhian from the tutor team has really helped me out on more than one occasion where I've needed some advice on my course. She was quick to answer my queries regarding feedback left on my case studies and her solution was clear for me to follow. Thanks

I had my Level 2 assessment in Liverpool this week, and Kirsty was the assessor and was really supportive throughout. She encouraged us to do well and kept us at ease, which made the whole experience feel comfortable rather than stressful. Really grateful for how she handled it. Thank you, Kirsty!

Kate Reece made the whole experience for me! You can tell that she had lots of knowledge and is incredible at conveying this and breaking things down for students. She was always friendly and more than happy to help, thanks for everything!

Rhian was great, made me feel very comfortable and talked us through how the assessment would work before we started

The tutor Morgan was very helpful in answering any query I had regarding the exam on today.

Morgan (tutor) from Origym was very helpful. She explained what I was not understanding with in great detail. She was understanding when I ask her questions. She is a stellar tutor.

Yesterday I had my level 2 fitness assessment and was lucky enough to have Rhian as my assessor! Before going into my assessment I was so nervous and was over thinking absolutely everything, but the minute I walked in and spoke with Rhian I was instantly put at ease! Rhian explained everything perfectly and made sure myself and the other girl I was partnered with knew exactly what to expect and gave us a really clear structure of what the assessment was going to look like! Thanks so much Rhian for helping me get through my assessment and turning something extremely daunting into a really enjoyable experience! Over the moon that I have now passed and it's definitely made me feel less nervous for my Level 3 assessment which I'm going to get booked very soon!

I had a call with a tutor named Rhian Collinge and she was amazing in assisting me and giving an ear to my specific concerns. This was my 1st tutor call before starting to learn my module 1 of level 2 Gym Instructor course.

Thanks Origym and Rhian for the help provided!

I found my experience there very good. I felt welcomed and had my nerves put at ease while completing my lvl 3 assessment. My accessor was Kirsty Evan’s and she was brilliant the whole way through. Would recommend this to anyone who really wants to be a qualified personal trainer

I contacted Origym today for some assistance with my assignment and Shak was very helpful.

Great call told me all I need to know

Contact with a tutor.

It had been difficult to get through to a Tutor today so I ended up trying the main Origym tel. number.
I needed to find an "updated fitness testing" resource as it wasn't obvious where it could be found. Rhian had a very warm manner about her and helped me find where it was and also offered to email it to me.
Very good service

Really enjoyed completing my assessment - Rhian made me feel at ease straight away! I’m no longer stressed about completing my level 3 😊

I recently contacted to clarify some questions regarding my practical exam and Shak helped me very promptly and successfully.

I attended a workshop on 02/08/26 at Liverpool and this was run by Amie, Dylan & Kirsty. As always, the OriGym staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.
The sessions are always well organised and very beneficial. They cater for all students at different stages in their course too.

I cannot rate Origym highly enough!!!!! I am doing my Level " gym trainer and Level 3 PT. Passed my level 2 and now working towards the latter. It has been my first experience with e-learning, they made it seem so easy with all the support they provide. The fabulous tutors and the student service are only a click away on chat or one phone call away to answer all all my worries and questions. My recent tutor call with Rhian was handled so professionally, yet she was extremely empathetic and understanding of all my anxiety, worries and question. A great big thank you to her and the team . You guys are doing such a fabulous job. I will be signing up for more courses soon.

Thank you to OriGym for taking the time to listen and support my son through a difficult situation.

Gave us lots of options and showed compassion and understanding of the situation.

Would recommend this company.

Thank you OriGym.
