OriGym Reviews

Spoke to Paul sutherberry today he answered all my questions and gave me some great advice and tips He did a great job thanks

Paul was brilliant! Incredibly helpful and understanding!

I couldn’t recommend the level 3 SMT course with Origym enough. The ability to complete the online coursework at your own pace made it a stress free process while juggling a full time job and other commitments. Super quick feedback to ensure you’re able to cruise at your own speed.

All workshops were super useful to learn the practical knowledge needed.

My assessor for the inperson assessment - Ian Rice, made me feel relaxed and able to showcase all that I have learnt over the duration of the course.

Huge thankyou to the team at Origym!

Kirsty has been nothing but helpful and patience with me today helping me through of all my questions I had regarding my program card! I am super impressed with the support origym provide. Quick reliable and friendly help :)

I am about 70% through Level 2 Gym Instruction with Origym and so far am very satisfied with the course and with the help from the staff online through live chat. The course is really informative, a lot of science based information.

Got a problem with mylevel3 program card as I was using older version so it’s not working properly so I contacted OriGym support team to help me out Lexi did an amazing job, give me a solution just in few minutes thank you lexi

Paul was very helpful

When I was sold this course I was told I could complete this with a monthly payment plan, I’ve now completed the course and they aren’t able to issue my certificate due to the payment plan pending. The payment plan is due to be completed in December so I can’t actually get insured or teach classes until then. This wasn’t mentioned at any point by Jake in sales team when I initially required and I haven’t had any response from him in regards to this, so if you are going to book with them via a payment plan be aware of this. I’ve tried to escalate this and they wouldn’t help me as per their t’s and c’s, also haven’t been contacted as promised in their sales pitch of a guaranteed job interview.

Paul is a tutor great he gave me explanation and clarity.Overall amazing tutors as whole:)

I had a really positive experience with my Yoga Practical Assessment at OriGym.

Kate Reece was my assessor, and she was absolutely lovely from the moment we met. She was warm, friendly and professional, and immediately made me feel much more relaxed. Practical assessments can naturally feel quite nerve-racking, but Kate created such a supportive and comfortable atmosphere that I was able to settle down, enjoy the experience and focus on teaching my class.

Her instructions were clear throughout, and the feedback she gave me afterwards was encouraging, constructive and genuinely helpful for my future teaching.

After putting so much time and effort into completing this qualification, passing my practical assessment was a very special moment for me, and I’m really glad Kate was part of that experience.

Thank you so much, Kate! It was lovely to meet you, and I really appreciate your kindness and support. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My experience doing my level 2 and level 3 practical assessments at the Liverpool centre have been really good. The team make you feel really at ease and would like to thank Paul my assessor, he clearly explained what to expect in the session, was encouraging throughout and also gave valuable feedback afterwards. Shoutout to fellow student Chelise who kindly did a 2nd workout as client due to odd numbers, which allowed me to do my assessment, thank you!

I will definitely be recommending Origym.

can't recommend this place enough! went in for my Level 2 and was pleasantly surprised with how reassuring and friendly everyone was.
wanted to give a big thanks to Paul, who was my assessor and a legend. bonded over being nerds and that went a long way to giving me confidence for my assessment. genuinely a friendly and positive gent who helped me throughout and I managed to pass :)
I wanted to add a good little nugget that they did, as a level 2 I went first as a client and that was honestly a good move from their part. it gave me confidence and helped me understand what the day would include.
the gym was small but it did not feel crowded at all, the machines were well kept and in perfect working order.
very excited to come back for my level 3!
many many thanks again to Paul and the team!!

I had my level e practical assessment in Liverpool. The gym is very small, but has everything in it. Sean my assessor has been really good, explained everything in details before my assessment.

Saturday morning 9am I came with loads of questions , I spoke with Paul on the online chat and he was so patient and understanding, he helped and solved my problem , was so reassuring and he was so down to earth, & spoke to me like a valued customer & that definitely goes along way ! Thank you so much Paul !

I had a technical problem and Paul was very helpful with suggestions which now seem to have solved the problem so I can continue my work.

Brilliant experience. Very clear instructions and let me lead the session without it feeling awkward.

Paul was extremely helpful and spent time helping me through each of my questions

Rhian from the tutor team has really helped me out on more than one occasion where I've needed some advice on my course. She was quick to answer my queries regarding feedback left on my case studies and her solution was clear for me to follow. Thanks

I had my Level 2 assessment in Liverpool this week, and Kirsty was the assessor and was really supportive throughout. She encouraged us to do well and kept us at ease, which made the whole experience feel comfortable rather than stressful. Really grateful for how she handled it. Thank you, Kirsty!
