I can’t believe the rating of this company so low! This is the second review I’m leaving for Orlebar Brown, because it’s the second time I’ve returned something using the five year warranty, and I cannot believe how great the customer service has been.

I’ve had a pair of shorts for almost a year, wore them last season and again in July this year, where I realised that there was a tear at the tab on the back of the shorts.

I texted them and they told me to contact them as soon as I returned which I did, one week later, new shorts. How does it get any better than that?

Purchased almost $5k worth of items. 2 shirts were hand wash in cold water - which was done - and now both have shrunk are can’t be worn. OB don’t answer their phone or WhatsApp, will throw items in the bin and never shop there again.

Great customer service and the quality of the swimshorts are superb!

Honestly it's kinda hard to understand why is there so many bad reviews, it's either people like me who are super satisfied or people that had terrible experiences.

The sebastian polos look great on first wear but are just overpriced and fragile. One of mine just ripped in the middle of the back. Other competing brands are way better . The trouble is that the polos lose their shape despite following all the washing guidelines. The shop assistants themselves in the stores told me more than once that since OB sold a few years ago they’ve all seen a dive in quality. I had spent too much money over the years at OB. The customer services are not interested. Never again. Be warned

I was a bought a shirt as a gift. I buy shirts from traditional London shirt makers. This orlebar brown shirt is very very overpriced. Cheap plastic buttons and the linen is nothing special. Very very overpriced although judging by the sight this brand are aiming to be trendy, rather than making an outstanding product

My absolute favorite go-to place for swimwear. I especially love the photographic swim shorts. Although very expensive, they have some good offers during the sale period.

The manager at the burlington store refused to provide a replacement for the faulty bull dog swim short bought last year and we'll within the 5 years warranty. She was dismissive and didn't bother to look at the fault

Have to agree OB is a disgusting company to deal with regarding customer service. It’s 2023 we all buy online and we all expect a certain standard. It’s been a month now and my refund hasn’t come through. Their shorts run smaller than what they claim so be aware if you are consider purchasing. I have no shorts and no refund and it’s been a month. I returned the small shorts the same day as received, all I wanted was a bigger size. It’s actually quite pathetic. Spend your money elsewhere. It’s not like we are buying $15 swimming shorts, they are still the best part of $300 on sale. Pull your head in Orlebar Brown.

I was very excited to try my first OB linen tee but after the first wash(by hand) the material developed a hole. I’ve come to understand that orlebar brown is a James bond brand but I can tell you for a fact that this brand is a total waste of money. Now I am certainly having buyers remorse. 👎👎👎👎👎

I ordered some shorts in June for my husband’s birthday, but sadly he didn’t like them. I returned them the following week. And today 3 months later I am still waiting for a refund. They have acknowledged receipt of the return and continue to tell me that my refund has been processed but the money is not in my account. It seems unlikely I will get my money back as they have been telling me for 2 months it had been processed and there is nothing more they can do, except escalate to finance. I am yet to hear from them. I will never use this company again and advise others not to. They have stolen my money, an utter disgrace.

J’ai acheté à ce jour plus de 40 t-shirt en ligne (principalement bleus mais pas que).
Il est impossible de maintenir la qualité au lavage malgré les programmes « linge sensible » avec des températures basses.
Bien évidemment pas de séchoir derrière.
La couleur passe très vite et le t-shirt se déforme presque immédiatement.
A ce prix c’est inacceptable et je ne commanderai plus cette marque.
Vous pouvez bien lire : plus de 40 t-shirt commandés….

Great clothes for 1 wear then they fall apart I have bought many items from OB as they fit me well (to begin with) then fall to pieces very quickly. A shame really

Horrible experience with OB. After being gifted two items in a size too small, they were not wiling to exchange the items even though they were unworn. They were after the 28 day guarantee, however any decent company would be wiling to make an exception. Avoid.

Ordered a couple of times, delivery is always speedy and both products are of very high quality. I have ordered the Setter swim shorts and Thunderball Linen Shirt.

The Setter swim shorts were too small, which were returned and I received a replacement. I had emailed the company and got a quick response from Aaron who sorted my query promptly.

I will be using again, I would recommend.

Terrible customer service… never answer the phone…don’t respond to my emails and Whatapp communications or the lack of is just as bad.

Products are excellent.. but suggest you order from another retailer because of customer service.

Orlebar Brown, you used to be excellent but are now an absolute disgrace.

My wife bought me a swimsuit in London but it is too small, in the last 30 days i've tried to join the brand through any possible channel : tel, whatsapp, email, website... no answer... That is a complete disgrace

I have repeatedly emailed customer services and now resorted to WhatsApp. I am attempting to resolve an issue over a faulty product but they simply refuse to reply. I am going public as private messages are just ignored! I have always been impressed with OB but this has completely destroyed my confidence in them.

First off, I really rate the shorts. Great fit and nice styles and fabrics.
However, I ordered two of exactly same shorts just different colour, same style and same size and they are completely different size when wearing - one is nice and baggy and the other cannot be done up! The one that is nice and baggy has now got a broken zip, after wearing three times which is similar to a pair I bought in January sale so again, not much wearing.
One shop I have been to always has a back in 5 mins sign and then not great with returns as had to chase them about 5 times. The only way to contact the group (not via shop) is via WhatsApp and that has been really painful to deal with when messaging you but it has been second day of not hearing back from them despite claiming would respond within 4 hours. Appreciate it might be a tough market, but this really isn’t the level of service you would expect from a company offering shorts at close to £200 per pair.

Over a month after submitting review, there is a response tiger in touch with OBConciegre that didn’t really exist when initially dealing with them, needless to say not confident they will be fast with any response if at all

I recently visited the Orlebar Brown Burlington Gardens Store And was very impressed with the level of service from Antonio !!!
I bought several items and am pleased with the quality of the items.
Would shop more if you did a discount for emergency services though !! X
