Outdoorhobbies Reviews

Received my items well packaged and complete. Excellent communication from start to finish. Items ordered were good value and I won't hesitate to use outdoorhobbies again. Can't recommend enough.

I recently purchased a crossbow from these guys, what a great service and product! Very easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend!

Would like to say huge thanks to Gary for helping me with the delivery process. I'm not gonna lie I have been waiting little while to receive my crossbow after payment, BUT Gary was very reassuring and very kind in explaining to me what's been going on because of the current state of the World at the moment due to corona virus. At first i was only suppose to be receiving the jaguar crossbow package in normal black colour condition. But because of the slight delay Gary had put forward for me to be upgraded to the camo free of charge which i was so happy about! Assembled the crossbow instructions was basic but I got there in the end. Shoots perfectly accurate once zeroing the red dot sight. Fantastic package, Fantastic quality. Will definitely be buying another crossbow when i'm paid next month Thank you to the team at Outdoorhobbies!

Waited 41 days for my order not to arrive then was told it would realistically be 61 day until I receive my delivery. Only giving outdoor hobbies a 2 star rating due to quick response time to questions I asked and the speed of the refund they sent me. Very disappointing.

I ordered the r9 cobra crossbow and I am pleased with the product and the service I received. Felt connected from the time I purchased it and till the time I received it.

Ordered my R9 Cobra 5 days ago, turned up today. Packed well, everything I ordered was included, I noticed a check sheet that OutDoorHobbies use so that was good as I could verify what was in the box also. Instructions for the R9 - worth the 15 minutes to read through as it took me seconds to assemble. Communications with Gary @ Outdoorhobbies was quick and helpful - I'll be buying my accessories from here, I am that pleased.

Great service and speedy delivery. Everything I ordered was in the box.

Great service and communication! Very surprised how fast the shipping to MN was thought it would take longer to get to the USA but only took 6 days! Awesome pistol crossbow as well very fun to shoot and more powerful then anything you can get here. Will order again great company.

Excellent communication, prompt delivery, great products at reasonable prices. Will definitely recommend based on my experience.

Just taken delivery of a Horton Legend Ultra-lite crossbow together with quite a bit of other gear all of which I am absolutely delighted with. The whole process of dealing with Outdoor Hobbies right from my initial enquiry through to the delivery was a pleasure, Gary has been most helpful, responding very quickly to my email enquiry’s and is also very knowledgeable of the products he supplies. From placing my order to taking delivery took 1 week for everything I ordered, most impressive was being able to source and obtain quite a hard to get bow in this timescale.

I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them 100% to anybody else.

Ordered an Xbow Deluxe package online on Thursday afternoon (EK Archery 'Jag 2')
All arrived Friday afternoon!
Gobsmacked is not the word.

Great communication throughout, from both the store, and the courier company used. (DX)
Companies like this thoroughly deserve a repeat visit. Customer care is everything, and these guys nailed it!

Many thanks for making my weekend.

Gary

Quick delivery, quick communication. Good price. Good product.

Thank You very much Outdoor Hobbies I received my first ever Xbow today, absolutely love it. I probably should have gone for a pistol one but much prefer the looks of the rifle ones so opted for the Panther Xbow and it’s brilliant and very powerful (buy the starter kit too as it is very much worth it). I would highly recommend Outdoor Hobbies and no doubt will be using them in the very near future.

I called the store and spoke to Gary about a specific scope I wanted for one of my crossbows. . Loads of advice and even follow up calls from Gary. . Scope ordered and delivered promptly and is a real game changer once dialed in to the bow speed and zeroed. . Excellent service all round. Will definitely be buying again from Outdoorhobbies.

Gary is true professional with great amount of knowledge about his products.Helpful and true gentleman.Great product, Outstanding service.Know him for years never disappointed. Newbies as well as seasoned archers, can benefit from his vast experience.
Highest RECOMMENDATIONS to ***OUTDOORHOBBIES***.
Thank you Gary. I made excellent choice.

I had an issue with a broken limb nock on a pistol crossbow I bought elsewhere and I didn't think it was going to get sorted,so I contacted Gary and asked him for advice and if he sold them.Emails were exchanged and then I got a parcel in the post,Gary had sent me four limb tips in the post WITH COMPLIMENTS! I was a bit stunned to be honest. Will be looking at this company for future purchases. Many thanks again.

From sales to warranty issues, Outdoor Hobbies give a first class service. They are my preferred supplier for all things crossbow in the UK. Keep up the good work.

Excellent communication, fast (considering the bow came from the states) and helpful. when im browsing for new gear I always go here first.

First time using these guys and absolutely no complaints. Gary was very helpful and all items arrived in good time.
The price of some accessory items perhaps not good value but that's not down to Gary more the manufacturer.
I will be using them again for service items etc.
