ovios-home.com Reviews

Great chair. Very comfy. Some strong off gassing smell but went away.

Horrible customer service. Delivery was horrible. They literally dropped it in the middle of my driveway for the boxes to get wet in the rain not impressed one bit. It comes in 1 million parts.

I was skeptical about the " no assembly required" thing because every furniture company says that and then you end up with 47 screws and an Allen key. But this one actually delivers. It came in a surprisingly compact box, I cut the vacuum seal, and the whole thing literally expanded into a full bed frame + mattress in front of my eyes. Took me maybe 10 minutes of actual effort.

My experience was awful. The couch is warped. It never opened up from the vacuum seal. I would like to return & get a refund.

The patio set was very well made and easy to assemble. I was pleasantly surprised with the overall quality and price.

Everything was great ordering the sofa cover and it is perfect. The problem I had was trying to order the chair cover. Had to end up ordering from another supplier.

The sofa turned out even better than I expected! It looks just like the description, and the size is perfect for my living room. The frame sits are little low, but the thick cushions make it really comfortable. There's enough room for me to sleep on it, too. I love relaxing on it with my dog. It's a great choice for pet owners.Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommended it!

Sturdy material

The sectional couch has exceeded all my expectations! We've been using it for months and it still feels plush and sturdy. The comfort level is perfect, not too soft and not overly firm. Love how spacious it for hanging out with family and friends.

Did not get package wrong address

I'm so glad I picked this sofa! The color matches the website photos perfectly, it's exactly exactly the color I wanted and fits my living room space so well, 2ottomans are really practical and convenient, I can easily move them anywhere I want!

Great selection and price! The cushions are soft yet firm enough that you don't sink in uncomfortably. The instructions and labels are very clear. It took about a hour and a half to put together. Goes great with the rest of the colors in the house! Very happy with the purchase!

I loved how it was shipped with the exception of thinking I was shorted a 2nd package which arrived later. Customer service was prompt in assuring me there was another package.
The set for the price was beautiful. The man who assembled it for me will be ordering one as well.
I appreciate a professional company!

This company has the best customer service you can ask for. I bought a patio set several years ago and because I live in South Texas. There is a lot of sun. It sits out all year long and consequently gets faded as you would expect. I have ordered replacement cushion covers twice now and they are perfect. The set looks brand new.

On time delivery in two boxes that were manageable that almost magically turned into a sectional that has been in constant use since it was set up. For the price the quality seems outstanding!

I LOVE the premise and am, overall, very pleased with the pieces that arrived. Just moved to a very small space from a very big one, and a lot of stuff, so it was nice to pull a couple of boxes in and have a nice sitting spot self-inflate before my eyes!
I'd only change two things.
1. A bit less "shaggy" upholstery.
2. Another 2-3 inches of height.

Otherwise, perfect! Delivered quickly. Great price. Great idea!

I have had my couch for just about 6 month and it has multiple rips in it. Very poorly put together. One positive is that it is still VERY firm but too firm to nap on comfortably. Would not purchase this product again due to the lack of quality of the product.

Well I was really excited to be able to finally get a couch to match the one I got thru Tic Tok. But, to be honest it was kinda disappointing. It is no where near the samre sturdy firm quality as the lounge couch. Feels very not quite memory foam with i ner springs sturdy. It sinks in whe I sit on it more like I'm sitting on a bouncy house and while I'm being honest the only reason I didn't return it is because ur return policy makes really financially hard to do so. To return it I would have to pay for the return shipping and that would cost me more the the couch did and I can't afford to just throw that much money away. Especally in these financially u stable economy our country and the rest of the world is facing.

It’s cheap Chinese garbage!! Looks great in the photos but when you get it, very cheaply made, the wicker breaks very easliy, it is uneven and sometimes not enough length in the balancing foot pegs, they are held together with plastic clips that are worthless-if you bump it, it’s all uneven. The ‘waterproof’ cover should be false advertisement, it’s leaked since day one and the Velcro strips that hold it in place around the furniture foot pegs, ripped the first time a wind exceeded 5mph!!!
Never again!! I will be needing a new set within 2yrs, the current one I have is about 7 months old and falling apart.

Not only were my couches two weeks late, there was zero proactive communication from anyone at ovios. From what I can tell there’s actually only one employee at this sham company. The quality is extremely low and the assembled product looks nothing like the photos shown on the website. This is rickety, poor material junk that I regret buying.

Customer service was poor, quality is poor - I would not recommend.
