If I could put zero I would

If I could put zero I would. This company will steal your money and then have the hardest time trying to get it back and get a subscription you never agreed to cancel. They have scammed my Mon out of over 500.00 and I'm still trying to cancel it.

This company is deceptive.

This company is very deceptive. After a small fee. The monthly fee rose to $41, for total of over $600. No calls or notifications,very unprofessional.
Lesson learned. A rebate would be nice.

Scammers

I was alerted by my bank that a company named Ownerly LLC was attempting to charge $34.95 and it wanted to know if this was a legit obeys charge and I told them I’d never even heard of it . I looked it up only to see that it had scammed many other unsuspecting people . I wrote the BBB because I was worried and wanted to report it and b the V company replied that I had set up an account ! I have never even heard of it ! I a neither buying nor selling a house. I receive a monthly market report from Zillow that tells me everything I might want to know about the home I own so why would I pay an outlandish sum of money to this company for something I already know ? I am
So angry about this and now need to spend an inordinate amount of time canceling cards etc because of this . I’ve b asked them how exactly this came about but they won’t answer the question. I’ve also asked them to remove my information from their system and not sell my B inform sell my information but they have yet to assure me. From what I can tell , this company makes its money by having people pay $1 for a report , having them without their knowledge agree to a recurring subscription and then sell their information without their knowledge . Horrible .

I wanted to find the history of my home. I paid $1 for a trial subscription. I never got the info and found out that I was being charged $40/month as an unneeded subscription.
I consider this a complete ripoff. Shame on them

If specific updates to your property was not recorded with the municipal office it is possible that the data may be unavailable to us.

Our data partners calculate estimates off their Automated Valuation Models (AVMs), which should not be used in lieu of a specific, live, on-site appraisal. You would need to have a physical appraisal partner who would go to the property and appraise it. Ownerly data is a great point of departure, but many variables exist in home valuation and we cannot guarantee that data sources will always be fully complete, accurate or predictive of actual sales and costs.

Great Customer Service

I had tried to cancel my subscription but seemed unable to do so until I talked with a nice CSR who cancelled my order and also gave me a refund of one month's cost.

This is a SUBSCRIPTION you will be charged for.

It gave me info that I requested but beware; the $1 price quickly turns into a $37.99 subscription. And when you cancel there is no refund. You’re allowed to ‘use’ the time you have left on that month.

If I ca give minus star I would, they kept charging me for the rest of the year after the subscription ended I belive I did cancel it, but was not canceled and I was charged for a whole year without my awareness , when I checked my bank statements and contacted them they just refunded the last 60 days although it shows not activity in my account for the entire year. This was a wasting of time and money, and their service is really not worthy for that subscription, now almost 400$ they won’t refund. Really upset and so disappointed!!! Don’t subscribe don’t waste your money!!
