My family and I had just relocated to the UK from the US and needed to buy a car asap. After visiting a few dealerships in the area, we finally landed at Oxford MINI. Rhys helped give us exactly what we were looking for within our budget. He wasn't pushy and made the process extremely easy when buying our first MINI. I would recommend this dealership and ask for Rhys!!

Decided to buy a Mini and saw a car online. Sent in a question online … and then decided to go visit first thing on a Sunday morning. First person we met was Rhys. When we explained what we’d done he said “I’ve just got your email” - that was reassuring insomuch as the tech worked!

Rhys showed us the car we’d seen, also took us round a couple of others and explained everything really clearly.

What we particularly liked was his un-pushy, very natural sales approach. He gave us so much information, but let us make the decisions without feeling hassled or rushed.

We purchased the car with pick up at the end of the following week. Rhys told us what would happen and everything fell into place exactly as he’d described.

Great all-round experience and cannot compliment Rhys and the dealership enough.

Sold my mini to Sid and very happy with the professional service. Roger came to collect it and he couldn’t have been more friendlier and helpful. Thank you

Brought my new mini convertible with Rhys and his service was amazing. I cancelled my first car order as I needed a car but couldn’t wait for my ordered one. Returned to Rhys as I wasn’t happy with the car I got after I cancelled and he kept me updated and helped make the process run smooth. Best car ever

I went to the showroom to check if my double bass would fit in a Mini Clubman. I saw the car I liked. Rhys Lines was lovely, he put all the seats down, it fitted, and then he offered an hour test drive as I had my driving license with me. I was so happy with the car and service offered I gave him my deposit there and then. The service was equally as good when I picked the car up. Delighted. Tacye Sharp

Rhys Lines looked after us so well - we dropped an enquiry note on a Sunday PM - we met on the Monday Pm and bought the car right then and drove it away. He wasn't pushy, but complete, and very helpful. He took time to show us every detail of the car, and set up our phones sync, app download etc. He helped us make the right choice for us. Excellent service with a lovely manner. We feel we were treated well, got a fair price and a comprehensive exploration of what we wanted. Recommend!

Collected my second hand Mini Cooper cabriolet this morning. From the test drive a week ago to the hand over the whole process ( including the paperwork involved with the two vehicles I part exchanged) has been seamless. A friendly, efficient service.

I dropped off my wife’s Mini this morning, the young lady was great and even recognised that I take my BMW to her normal place of work! Collected mini, mentioned I had an issue with BMW CONNECT reloading on my car. She spoke to Sean, he popped out and just worked through the issue and fixed it. What a team you have. Brilliant!
