We searched for a long time to find a modern and exceptional school system for our children, and we are very happy to have found this school.

We especially appreciate the flexibility, the high-quality teaching, and the way the children are encouraged to think independently. They learn to develop their own solutions, work through tasks independently, and proudly present their results.

The school gives them the freedom to grow as individuals, discover their strengths, and build confidence. Learning here is not simply about absorbing information, but about understanding, developing ideas, and taking responsibility for their own work.

For us as parents, the most important thing is seeing that our children are finally happy with their school. Their feedback is consistently positive, and we can see that they are motivated, comfortable, and genuinely enjoy their lessons.

I was a student at Oxford Online School during the 2021/22 academic year, and looking back, it was one of the best decisions I made for my education. The timetable was very flexible, which made it much easier to balance my studies with other commitments. The teachers were fantastic — they made the lessons fun, engaging, and interactive, while also providing the support and guidance I needed to stay motivated and keep improving.
What I particularly appreciated was the friendly and welcoming learning environment. Even though the school was online, I never felt disconnected from my teachers or classmates. The teachers were always approachable, patient, and willing to explain things whenever I needed extra help.
My time at Oxford Online School also played a really important role in preparing me for my foundation year at Bournemouth University. The knowledge, study skills, confidence, and independence I developed during my time there made the transition to university much easier.
I genuinely enjoyed every part of the year I spent at Oxford Online School and have many positive memories from my time there. I’m very grateful to all the teachers and staff who supported me throughout the year.

We have two children at Oxford Online School. They studied in Years 8 and 11 last year, and we had a very positive experience.

What we like most are the live classes. The teachers are supportive and professional, and the lessons are well structured and interactive. For us, having proper live lessons and regular contact with teachers makes a big difference with online schooling.

We have also been very happy with the admin team, who are always helpful and responsive.

Overall, we were happy with our experience, so we decided to continue. This September, our children started Years 9 and 12, and we are very pleased to stay with Oxford Online School.

A team of professionals. It was very important for me to work with native English speakers and teachers who know how to work with children for whom English is not their first language. My 10-year-old daughter absolutely loved it — the lessons were interactive, engaging, and really enjoyable for her.

Avoid. Standard results should be released at 8 am. I chased this company numerous times (they do not answer the phone) and results not received until gone 10:30 as “only one exams officer”. Severely impacts university places especially if predicted grades not received!!

For my 19-year-old son Max, Oxford Online School was the only option — and the best one — for him to complete his A-levels. He joined the school in Year 11, after he had refused to attend a conventional school altogether. Max is a highly intelligent teenager who finds social interactions challenging and struggles with noise and distractions. Although he was completely focused on his goal of studying medicine, Max could not cope with the standard classroom teaching method.
He found Oxford Online School himself as an alternative to a conventional school and was accepted straight away, without the usual bureaucratic red tape. During an interview with the Headmaster, we both felt that, for the first time in his school life, my son had been understood and supported in an exceptional way, something that had never been possible before.
My son is now a first-year medical student at Charles University in Prague, where he lives and where he is from. He is an interesting young man who thinks outside the box and has high aspirations, and as a mother I can say that we have been blessed to meet Mrs Duckollari and her team, who have enabled Max to reach his full potential.

As a member of the senior administration team at Oxford Online School, I have had the opportunity to see firsthand the dedication and professionalism of our staff. As an educator applying for a teaching role, I submitted all the necessary documents and completed a video interview. Despite being told I’d receive an update the following week, there was no further communication. A polite follow-up email requesting feedback also went unanswered. From a professional standpoint, it’s disappointing not to receive even a brief acknowledgment or closure after committing time and effort to the process.

In the process of joining my daughter ks3 and so far so good! Great communication and understanding, Principle Ms Duckollari seems to genuinely care.
