Very good customer service. And good quality products. I managed to brake one of the plug together buckles on some soft luggage. Asked Oxford products if they do spares and they sent me 2, free of charge.

Faultless customer service. We bought an Oxford Little Explorer bike seat for our toddler earlier this year and sadly lost one of the bolts off the end of the foot rests. I contacted customer service yesterday to ask how I could order a replacement and they have sent four replacement bolts out which arrived today. Thank you so much! Our son will be thrilled that we can pick him up from pre-school on the bike again!!!

I have bought lots of Oxford products over the last 25 years and still have several items I use regularly but never dealt with Oxford directly. I lost the plastic side cover on my HJC F100 helmet and could not find any online to replace it, searched the WWW for days with no luck even after contacting HJC themselves. Katie at Oxford posted a replacement out to me within 2 days - excellent service, fast response to my emails, and they were free. Thank you to Katie Rudman at customer services, top service from Oxford.

I purchased an Oxford Pro Alarm D bicycle lock and wanted to change the battery. I found it difficult to remove the battery case and contacted Customer Support for assistance. They were absolutely useless. No help whatsoever. They refused to provide direct answers to simple questions. I won't be buying any of this company's products again in future.

Over the 30 + years I have bought many motorcycle products from Oxford Products. This week I had an issue and had to contact customer services. It has been a great experience - I was replied to the same day and within 2 days a new component is being sent out to me. Superb customer service - thank you very much Oxford Products!

I have contacted Oxford directly to sort out my hot grips 2.0 issue and the customer service was amazing and get everything right.Blown away by the company will definitely continue purchasing Oxford products which I'm a massive fan.Thank you Oxford

Just over 2 years ago I bought a new Oximiser 900 from a third party. This machine totally failed. Being within the two year warranty period the third party replaced it for which I was grateful. Unfortunately, on first use, the replacement machine displayed a polarity error. Tried on car, still the same. Old Oximiser 600 tried and no error so the 900 was again at fault.Attempted to deal with customer service but no interest.

Not impressed with the excuses used when trying to resolve why my pin locks were snapping. After 4 visors purchased, instead of admitting its their products at fault, they wanted to say it was my cleaning liquids used to clean my visor. Strange how it never affected any of the other helmets ive had previously. I will NOT be using them again nor will I be using the dealer that supplies them

Drivers need training

I contacted customer service today as I made a mistake whilst fitting a heated motorcycle grip and had to destroy it to get it back off (dont ask 🙄). I was a bit apprehensive as to what help they could offer to fix my stupidity and unbelievably they have offered to send me a replacement free of charge!! (I think they feel sorry for me lol).. Katie who I spoke with was lovely and couldnt have been more helpful 😊

I had problems with my AlarmD pro lock. Very helpful staff at the end of the emails. . I couldn't get the spare part but hey my heros stepped in and are sending me one. A seamless experience. A great company, great staff. Hey , their products( like Carlsberg) are probably the best in the world.. Great stuff

Oxford locks 🔒
Can you please tell me why you give people like me a small tag 🏷️ to get spare keys 🔑 cut and not a card that tells me what lock 🔒 is what because I have got several of your products ( lock 🔒 wise) and I ain’t got a clue 🕵️ what one ☝️ is for what lock 🔒 because It’s not stamped on the small plate that is given to put on your key rings for spare’s 🤷

At least put beast disc lock 🔒 or beast lock 🔒 so customers know what is going on and it ain’t even inside the original box 📦 when you purchase it brand new 🆕 👎

Bought a screamer 7 disc lock from a "local, well respected retailer" here in the North East.
Kept having a problem, despite lock only being 3 weeks old. Retailer wasn't helpful or interested.. (won't be buying there again despite their alleged "good reputation")
I emailed Oxford products, asking if they had this issue, thankfully the email was answered by Katie, a reply came almost immediately, I explained it seemed to be intermittent, Katie asked if I could video, 2 days later I captured problem.
Katie despatched a new battery, which arrived quickly, and solved the problem.
Excellent, outstanding customer service from Katie.
Restored my faith, you can't beat customer service like that.
Well done Katie, you are a credit to Oxford products.

Recently got gifted Oxford Hot Grips Pro from my partner. She got them from an eBay retailer. The grips failed after a couple of weeks. The seller didn’t want to know, eBay would not get involved because it was over 30 days since the order was placed. I contacted Oxford customer services and a replacement controller arrived within 2 days.
Excellent customer service.

Pretty disappointed with Oxford motorcycle clothing customer services. They seem far more interested in fobbing you off to the retailer, than sorting out issues directly with their customers.
I bought a set of Rockland motorcycle jacket and trousers, almost £450 worth, from the visor shop online 11 months ago. The textile, 3 layer system is advertised as being waterproof, it isn't !.
As the online shop is based in Ireland, and i'm in Cornwall, I contacted Oxford customer services direct. After explaining that the trousers failed during a trip to Wales and I was soaked within an hour, sending photos etc, I was advised to return the items to the retailer. As the postage, and insurance costs are very expensive for bulky/heavy items, I have been left frustrated and disappointed with Oxford clothing.
Lessons learnt, buy locally so items can be returned easily, don't buy Oxford clothing as they're really not interested in customer support.

I have used OXFORD products for many years and have always been delighted with these.
Recently I purchased a new set of heated grips for my Yamaha T7. Long story short, I would advise not to use the supplied superglue as it goes off far too quickly resulting in the adhesive going off before you can realistically fit the grip (under 60 seconds from the time I broke the seal on the bottle until the grip got completely stuck 2/3 the way on).
Reaching out to Katie at Oxfords Customer Service team, I explained what had happened. Katie was outstanding; very professional, helpful and resolved the problem straight away. A replacement grip is on its way, no fuss, no argument just great customer service.
Problems arise, stuff happens. But how the company stands by its products and customers and resolves these, is what separates companies from great companies. It’s nice to be to see a world-leading UK supplier flourish in an extremely competitive space.

I’ve written one review which has suspiciously disappeared? So I’ll try writing in a second one I bought some hot grips and my recommendation would be to you do not use the superglue as they suggest in their instruction manual. I ended up buying a second set the glue went off so quick I couldn’t get the grip fitted in time And there customer service is rubbish. They’re not interested once they’ve got your money. You’re on your own.

For life truly means for life. Had damaged my T30R tail bag beyond repair and the lovely people at the oxford team were more than accommodating to help replace/fix my bag. Couldn't recommend their products enough, will solely be using oxford for any motorbike bags/luggage for life.

I have used a few oxford products and they have been solid. Good prices solid quality. Ive dropped my cbr650r recently which bent my lever guard screw and after contacting them they were willing to send a replacement completely free of charge! Amazing customer service and very quick to respond.
