Very happy with the service from Australia Online. We found that we had no nbn connection at our new business premises. They organised everything for us and even came out to configure our modem for us. Thank you Michael and team!

Just want to highlight Australia Online assisted with setting up my NBN connection amid otherwise potential unnecessary high costs and roadblocks that would of taken weeks or even months to complete. Australia Online staff were always available to answer my questions and provide guidance along the way.

I've been with Australia On Line for over 4 years now and am so happy I discovered them! Their service is incredibly reliable and affordable and Michael is always friendly and quick to respond to any questions or requests.

I would like everyone to experience the wonderful relationship I have enjoyed with Australia On Line! It started well over 20 years ago when I got my first computer. I knew absolutely nothing about computers and "thanks be", I was somehow guided to AOL when I first spoke to Michael Bethune. The patience and caring of that man is unbelievable and outstanding, and I found the same to be true in all of the staff across all departments. They really taught me everything and set up all I needed, in most cases, remotely, from internet access, to email, etc.,etc. In most cases, my calls to AOL have been with no waiting and immediate connection to the proper dept., followed by professional, caring and accurate help. Every person I have spoken to at AOL is as Australian as I am, so never a problem with communication. These days, a company could be based anywhere ( or everywhere) in the world with no defined address or contact details giving customers no sense of confidence, care, trust or future support. Perhaps, an AI generated email robot with very limited scope, and offering no human contact at all. Australia on Line is a refreshing return to the "old days" of talking to each other with confidence, trust and caring. Thank you Michael and the AOL team. Where would I have been without you? Trying to fix a printing problem I incorrectly plugged my router. Michael rang me back after an initial call to solve the problem. Impressive customer service

Spoke with Micheal tonight for tech support. He very patiently talked me through the issue and process and fixed my problem. I have been with this company for over 10 years and have been very happy with them. They are always helpful, polite and professional. 10/10 and support Australian🇦🇺😊

Australia's NBN Hidden Gem! I have been a customer of Australia Online since around 1998. The service from the all of the staff over these years has always been top notch. I had a problem connecting our solar battery to wifi, it was out of range of the modem, AOL advised me to get a Wi-Fi extender and suggested what I would need, problem fixed.
I liked that they're in Australia and your not talking to someone over seas that you struggle to understand and quite likely may not be able to help you anyway.

Very efficient and very friendly Australian advice and assistance.

We have been with Australia On Line for many years and can highly recommend them. Their service is exceptional, and being based in Australia and speaking to staff here is a bonus. Any small issues are fixed promptly. After we recently upgraded to NBN fibre and had issues with the modem, Michael came to the house and set up a new modem on site for us, on a public holiday. Amazing service!!

We have been with Australia Online for many years now and again they have been able to rectify the loss of internet service after recent electrical thunderstorms. Within a few hours we had a new NBN network connection device supplied and our internet service was back in operation. Michael and his staff always provide expert technical support with easy to understand explanations. Great local company which I highly recommend.

I have no hesitation in recommending Australia Online to others and have done so many times. One of the best things about AOL is that it is based in Australia with Australian tech support.

I have been with Australia online for 2 years. I have found they provide an excellent service. The customer service is excellent . There are able to provide technical support if required.

The team at Australia On Line have always been excellent and responsive. Personalised service and prompt responses. Sometimes even reaching out in advance of an issue, such as an outage due to maintenance.

They have been great at getting last responses from NBN as well.
