This company did not send the product I ordered and refused to reimburse me. They said I could order the correct roll but would charge me the full re-order fee of $128. Considering they print this paper on-demand their cost must be very low and to refuse to admit they made the mistake & refuse to send out the proper roll is crazy. I would NEVER order from this company! The roll they did send was bad quality with fuzzy print anyway but the principle that they made the order mistake and they refuse to compensate or replace for their error is something else.

The customer service team always contacted me in a timely fashion about my order and questions regarding ordering etc. I'm very pleased with the product and the quality of the product I received as well.

I want to start off by saying I've been a wallpaper installer for almost twenty years now. Im not the kind of installer that has a paint business and I install wallpaper here and there. I'm installing wallpaper five days a week. I will no longer install painted paper. And I will try to get the word out there and much as possible telling people not to buy it. It all started with one job where I had three quarters of the room done and the rest of the rolls were a different dye lot. Now if they printed dye lot numbers on the rolls like every other company this could have been avoided. That's not the most aggravating part. Although they sent all new rolls it was on me to strip the paper I just put up with no compensation to me. They will not reimburse a contractor for their time even though they admitted it was there mix-up. I cant charge the client because they did nothing wrong. I just have to eat it. The next time I drove an hour and thirty to a job. Primed the walls and got everything out of my truck and set up ready to go. Only to find out the paper has a shading issue again after starting on the second roll. Again I'm out more money.
The time after that the factory cut edge on the paper looked like a wave. It wasn't cut straight. Another time the client ordered traditional unpasted paper and after getting the walls primed and set up, they shipped peel and stick instead. After getting the new correct paper in the factory edges looked like a wave again. Out money and time on all of these jobs. If you can get through to someone to talk to with customer service, they sound like a broken record. Same excuses and lines every time I have called with an issue. This company is great at two things, marketing and beautiful wallpaper designs when your looking at them on your screen. That's about it.

I want to start by saying the product itself is beautiful and high quality—I’m genuinely happy with how it looks installed.

However, my overall experience has been extremely frustrating due to the material calculator on their website. I relied on their calculator to determine how much wallpaper to order, and it significantly overestimated what was actually needed. As a result, I was left with a large amount of unused material—hundreds of dollars’ worth.

When I reached out, the only solution offered was store credit. Unfortunately, that is not a meaningful resolution, as I do not have any additional projects planned. This effectively leaves me stuck paying for a mistake that originated from the guidance provided on their own website.

If you’re considering ordering, I would strongly recommend double- or triple-checking your measurements independently and not relying solely on their calculator.

I truly wish I could leave a full 5-star review based on the product alone, but the ordering experience and lack of a reasonable resolution make that impossible. I would absolutely be willing to update this review if the company chooses to stand behind their tools and offer a fair solution, such as a refund for the unused material.

Very pretty paper but kind of cheap. Not forgiving at all and difficult to install. We ended up wasting so much because it is so difficult to cut and doesn’t come apart easily when using an exacto knife. Have to buy another roll now.

I love my paper however purchased 3 orders due to not ordering the correct amount. and had 1 roll that was a different dye lot. Customer service was great and helped correct my mistake. The finished project is amazing. Would use again for my next wallpaper project.

The samples I received were printed on quality paper with accurate colors and I got them quickly. The designs were all clearly done by AI and incredibly blurry in person though. To the point it was shocking and laughable. A paper with plaid had distressed lines that were wobbly and blurry. I chose two papers with horses and the legs were all wrong and the horses features were blurred together on the face. Even a pastoral scene with trees in black and white looked like digital smears. It’s bizarre! I have no idea where the good reviews on the website are coming from. The website shows resolved, high resolution, patterns and crisp imagery so I never imagined I would be getting such poorly executed designs. I’m glad I got samples and not an entire roll but I spent 25$ on ridiculous unusable paper.

*edit I contacted customer service and they seemed helpful regarding leaving a realistic review on the website. Multiple e-mails were sent, including photos of my issue. They kept giving positive responses and sending links that do not work to review but prompt buying more paper. I complained and they said “some customers” are reporting issues with the links. I responded that they previously told me reviews were only permitted with full roll purchase, not samples. Fast forward and I keep getting these “leave a review” links that are simply to go to buy more paper. I complained again and started getting more clipped responses, asking me to prove my point all over again, and dismissing the bad links. Buyer beware, from my personal experience, they do not allow unbiased reviews and they do not guarantee product quality.
