Paintstop Reviews

I have ordered Farrow and Ball paint from Paint Stop on numerous occasions and they have always been brilliant. They give the best prices and they package the paint really well to ensure no damage to the tins. Delivery has always been very quick too. Highly recommend.

"I’m seriously impressed with PaintStop! My order arrived incredibly fast, and I loved having the flexibility to choose my preferred delivery company at checkout.
I did encounter a minor issue with my order, but this is where they truly shined—the customer service was top-notch, and they resolved everything quickly and professionally. Plus, their prices are significantly more reasonable than many other suppliers I’ve looked at. I’ve already placed my second order. Highly recommended!"

Full marks to this online shop. The prices are extremely competitive, the range good & delivery fast with very well packed products & no nasty surprise waiting at the checkout. I've lost count of the number of firms who want to slap on delivery charges of £30 or more & don't make it clear at the outset. Paint Stop is perfect for household supplies in an era when even DIY shops have little to show in their stores.

The paint was extremely competitively priced, which was the main reason I chose to purchase from Paintstop. The two tins I ordered on Tuesday arrived by Thursday—very quick delivery.
They were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.
I would definitely use them again. Fantastic service.

Great prices for the items I wanted. unfortunately the courier damaged the parcel so replacements had to be sent. The problem was dealt with quickly and easily. Will definitely buy from here again

This was a very well designed offering and a comprehensive selection of decorating items. Very pleased with top brands at low prices, easily offsetting reasonable delivery charges. Quick delivery, well packaged. This will be my go to store for decorating, very pleased. Excellent web site.

Great price on 'COOVAR ANTI CONDENSATION PAINT WHITE 2.5', prompt delivery.

Super easy to order, and fast delivery, very pleased. It's a thumbs up from me 👍

I have used these guys a few times now & have to say they’re always good on price & excellent for delivery (very quick) many thanks.

Very easy ordering experience. Quick order processing and delivery. Secure, robust packaging. Reliable and responsible supplier.

The paint was the best price I could find, delivered quickly and very well packaged. You cant really ask for much more!

Excellent prices and great choices - my order arrived quicker than expected and the paint was a good price. I will definitely buy from them again and certainly recommend.

Products ordered on Wednesday evening and arrived, well packaged, on Friday with free postage. Best prices on internet or high street!

Great paint at a great price delivered quickly.

I have been using the High Wycombe store whilst I restore my house. Service is always really good and it is easy to park outside. Very happy.

Perfect and very fast service, superb packaging!

Best prices I could find by far easy to contact and delivered very quickly would definitely recommend

Great company (so far!). This is my 3rd delivery, 2 via Homebase and one direct… all Farrow and Ball paint and extras. Ordered Monday, received today Wednesday all by DPD. Really securely packaged even though 2 packages arrived upside down! Always a worry when ordering paint. My go to DIY shop now.

Was not expecting next day delivery. Great service

I received a severely damaged and dirty tin of Farrow & Ball paint. I emailed Paint Stop with photos of the damage and they basically said tough, I’m sure the paint is fine. I paid full price for a damage free tin. Appalling customer service. No compensation offered. Obviously don’t understand how to install customer loyalty.
