Hi Jen,
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, and we want to offer our sincere apologies for the delay and the delivery issue with your noticeboard order.
We completely understand how frustrating it is when something you’ve ordered doesn’t arrive as expected—especially when it’s lost in transit. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we’re genuinely sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.
This isn’t the level of service we aim to provide—and as you’ll see from our many 5-star reviews, it’s certainly not typical. We’re investigating the issue with our courier to prevent it happening again.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We really value your feedback and hope we’ll have the chance to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
Kind Regards,
The Panel Warehouse Marketing Team
Easy to use service
I like that I could decide how tall/wide the panel was as I'd been unable to find the right size anywhere else. It was a very easy order process and I was kept up to date of the delivery and timings

I am a volunteer at a redundant church…
I am a volunteer at a redundant church which is used for community events. We needed to purchase some display boards for an art event at the end of the month. As the purchase was from fund raising money we needed to get it right. Cathy was really helpful, giving me advice, organising the delivery for a day when someone would be present and keeping me informed. The process was efficient with the boards arriving within days.

We had great experience with Panel Warehouse. Customer Service was excellent. We needed to add extra information to delivery address and it was updated within minutes. We also used the online chat to find out delivery timeframe for our order which was also excellent. The display board we ordered is great, very sturdy. Overall great experience.
