Excellent Product and Service
Panel Warehouse provided a fantastic service when we recently ordered 7 notice boards. Not only were the products of a very high quality when we received them, the customer service is second to none. I had questions prior to ordering which were answered very quickly. The aftercare was also excellent. I would highly recommend Panel Warehouse for their great products and even better service.

Item not as described
Item not as described and completely unusable. Unable to return or exchange so we’re stuck with a product that wasn’t cheap and that we can’t use. Very disappointing.

Hi Sarah,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback. I have reviewed your complaint and understand from our Customer Services Team that you mentioned in an email that, while you are pleased with the quality of the Display Boards, the colour did not match your expectations.
You enquired about returning the boards for the correct colour. As we produce everything to order, we are unable to accept returns for this reason. The colour you received is indeed the one you ordered, although the shading may differ from what you anticipated.
For future orders, we recommend requesting fabric samples to ensure the colour meets your expectations before placing a full order. This can help avoid any discrepancies and ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase.
We truly value your business and appreciate your understanding. If you have any further questions or need assistance with anything else, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help.
Best regards,
The Panel Warehouse Marketing Team
Quick service
Quick service - we had an event to go to and they made sure it was here in time, which was a shorter time scale than they had stated which was great!
Unit was just as ordered, although light it was sturdy and did the job.

No paper instructions - only a youtube demonstration
When querying the instability of the 6 panel display board, I found that despite following instructions, the problem remained. It meant I had to buy a 3 panel display board instead which I am now pleased with.

Antwoord van Panel Warehouse
Hi Lesley,
Thank you for your feedback, we are always happy to hear what our customers have to say.
We are sorry to hear you had an issue putting together your 6 Panel Display Board.
After catching up with our customer service team to discuss your review, we understand that you reached out regarding a six-panel display kit. While we do offer such a kit, we were unable to locate any records of an order for this specific item. However, we understand that our team provided you with an assembly guide and a video to assist you. Since we didn’t hear back from you after that, we assumed the assembly issues had been successfully resolved.
We’re truly delighted to know that you’re happy with your new kit and you then chose to order another style Mobile Jumbo. Should you have any further questions or need additional support, please don’t hesitate to get in touch—we’re always here to help.
Kind Regards,
The Panel Warehouse Marketing Team
