The first time I have purchased these incredible clothes, they look and fit me amazingly. I will definitely be buying more from this independent brand.

I had a nice experience with this company. I forgot to put the welcome code in so I emailed them with the code and they refunded the difference.

Delivery was very quick and most importantly the clothes were spot on. I won't be returning anything because they all fit great and are lovely quality.

Really liked the design and the material of the jumper I order however, I order an XL and received a S, with an XL removable tag. I then have to pay to send the item back when this is their error. If I’d received an XL and I needed a different size I’d have just asked for an exchange but because of the mix up, I’m now unlikely to order again.

I’ve ordered from Parlez a few times now, and they never disappoint. Every item I’ve bought has been fantastic quality great fabrics, excellent craftsmanship, and top-tier design. The fit is always spot on, and everything holds up brilliantly over time.

Saw a guy wearing a Top that fitted really well, good square frame and the length was bang on, just below the hip. As a shorter chap this is often harder to find so asked him what brand it was. Parlez it seems. From there I’ve now ordered and got this awesome new shirt that is perfectly soft but holds its shape and seems like it will be one of my forever shirts based on its feel and quality. I shall be back on to order another one and a few other items no doubt once I’m back from its first outing on holiday.

Top t-shirts and excellent value. Don’t take that to mean anything other than these products are quality, look great, and are reasonably priced. I’ll order more, definitely. A new brand to me, discovered in a little shop on my travels. Came home and ordered 6 t-shirts.

First time buying from these guys and they have not disappointed. I've been struggling to find a company with decent fitting t shirt and I've now found my new go to.

It's good to see something a bit different on the virtual shelves, and the stock pickers at this outfit have taste, no doubt. The returns experience is made easier by print-your-own labels, and the cost isn't unreasonable really. Provenance could be clearer; it looks like a lot of it's actually made in PRC at the moment, unfortunately. Refund process should be considerably faster, but customer service is at least polite and well-intentioned. If product information issues were attended to, would consider using again.

Bought a T shirt on the sale and it was a little too large so, they didn’t have smaller size so I needed to return it and I ordered a similar one. They do not refund you the shipping cost of £3.95 which I can live with but then the real issue is that they also don’t do free returns, £2.45 to return the t shirt that I don’t get the shipping costs back on and the worst part, I wanted to order another t shirt whilst I wait on my return, it’s only got 2 left in stock so I couldn’t pick the option to get store credit as will take a while, so I just paid another £3.95 delivery.
So all in all I’ve been charged £10.35 in delivery and returning costs all for one t shirt. I would never have ordered anything from here if I realised this would be the case. Please be careful if your unsure on size or item, do not order as a complete day light robbery!!!!

I bought a hoodie a little while ago, I needed an exchange for a different size but now I want a refund. I've written to them several times over the past few weeks, but I'm not getting any replies and I haven't received refund. It's a joke.they replied to email them on their email and I have but still NO RESPONSE! this hoodie was not cheap. I'd like a refund. And I WILL NOT be ordering from them again. Very disheartened as I was a lover of the brand. Please do not reply with "email us on..." because I have.

Great fit, quality and came quickly. One of the best brands in the UK. I’ve purchased T shirts from Parlez since 2022 and will continue to do so.

Ordered my California Schemin tshirt on 4/22. Arrived home and there it was on 4/27. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I plan to wear this t shirt & rep the heck out of James McAvoy & California Schemin at Dragoncon this year.
