Entered car and part details, quickly got 2 responses, but having paid a lot of money for a part which ended up being wrong; I'm chasing a refund having returned the part in person. I've emailed PartsGateway twice and had no response yet. No phone number to ring.

I ordered a bumper on Friday, with 1st Choice Car Spares Ltd. But on Sunday, it was still advertised for sale on both the company's website and eBay.
I called on Monday and was told there were no issues and that I would receive it by Wednesday or Thursday. I called again on Wednesday morning and was once again assured that everything was fine and that I would receive the tracking information shortly.
However, at 5:00 pm that same day, I received a call informing me that they had sold the item to someone else. I was told a full refund would be issued within 2–3 days, which has now been received.
This was a very disappointing experience. Poor communication and selling an item that had already been sold is unacceptable. I definitely won't be using this company again.

As far as I am concerned this service is excellent. I've tried others but they come nowhere near this organisation. I had almost instant responses, quality and great delivery time. I would not hesitate to recommend them. The price was excellent.

I had two companies offer a part. Both companies failed to deliver the part. Took 2 and a half weeks and several phone calls and emails to get a refund from the first company. The second kept telling me they were going to refund me but after a month I contacted my credit card company, still awaiting the refund. Both companies charged me £10 for delivery. Both companies informed me that the couriers had lost the package.

I accidentally broke one of my car windows whilst strimming my lawn and came across Parts Gateway whilst searching for online help. After filling in the relevant information I was soon in receipt of lots of quotes for a replacement including one from a local dealer. I placed my order and the replacement window was delivered 26 hours later. I will definitely be keeping Parts Gateway in my contacts list for any future problems.

In my opinion, this lot are simply creating a route to rip off business. Parts Gateway recently pitched 2 business to me ( I was looking to buy a wing mirror), I picked one but the business they promote never sent it, despite taking my £200, I contacted the business, absolutely nothing changed When I checked out that business's reviews here, it's not good and many reviewer say "Avoid". Absolutely kicking myself for using parts gateway.

Parts Gateway found 3 matching parts, all with the same company. Only problem is, the company they mentioned does not have ANY of the parts that Parts Gateway said they had. Complete waste of space!

SUPER SERVICE. SAVED £166 by using Parts Gateway instead of local Toyota Dealer. Definitely use again.
