I love this program
I love this program! The only thing I would change is the re-take test questions. They need to be different questions of the same kind, otherwise the student might remember the same answer but not how to do the problem fully. When I struggled with problems, it gave me the same question and answer to try again. Eventually I knew the answer but not the formula to get there.

Hi Samantha, thank you for sharing this feedback! We’re so glad to hear that you’re enjoying the program.
We understand how seeing the same question again can sometimes lead to remembering the answer rather than reinforcing the process used to solve it. Our goal is for students to build a true understanding of the material, not simply memorize an answer.
We really appreciate you taking the time to explain your experience. Feedback like this helps us understand where we can continue improving the learning experience for our students. I'll reach out to you directly to share additional study resources that will be helpful as you continue working through your courses.
Thank you for learning with Essential Education, Samantha, and we’re wishing you continued success with your studies!

Antwoord van Essential Education
Hi Wanda, thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how important it is to clearly distinguish between GED preparation and the official GED test. Essential Education provides online study and test preparation, while official testing is scheduled and paid for separately through GED Testing Service. I’m glad we had the opportunity to connect with you directly and help point you toward the information you needed for testing. We appreciate your feedback, and if you ever need additional guidance or study support in the future, our team will be happy to help.
Wishing you all the best as you work toward your GED!
