Quizs should change
Quizs should change everytime or at the bare minimum randomize you can memorize the answers easily if you go through the quiz 2 or 3 times to get better scores thats hard to do genuinely when you can memorize the answers easily. Or need to do it some days later so you dont instantly remember the answers instead of the subject.

Hi Shawnee,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Your feedback is important to us, and we will keep this in mind for future updates.
To help prevent memorization, we recommend spacing out quiz retakes, just as you mentioned. You can do this by moving ahead to the next lesson before revisiting the quiz.
I’ll also be reaching out to you directly to offer additional support and answer any questions you may have.

Some of the practices are difficult to understand and too much content to pull out the true answer. More importantly, no one is available to provide clarity around the content or the exercise. I will be canceling my subscription and moving forward with a different modality.

Hi Shantel,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your experience.
Our program is designed to help you study and prepare for your official GED test or HiSET exam. Your subscription provides access to our study materials and resources. When you’re ready to take the official test, it is scheduled through your state’s testing service, which may require a separate state testing fee.
I'll reach out to you directly for more assistance.
