I would give it a 5 if it had in test examples and answers of math questions in the practice test because it could easily teach someone how to understand any type of math that way my highschool diploma for workforce used this method and it works effectively

Hi Nicolaus,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re glad to hear that you enjoy how the program is customized to your study level and that you’ve found the videos helpful!
We understand how important it is to accurately track study time. Depending on activity and usage, study time can take up to 40 minutes to fully update. We also appreciate your feedback about being able to see what’s coming next and the overall design. Input like this helps us continue improving the experience. I’d be happy to show you how to see your upcoming units and lessons in each study level.
Regarding the answer choices, while some options may look similar, they vary by specific wording, capitalization, or punctuation. If you believe you’ve found a question with an error, please let us know. We’d be happy to review it.
I’ll reach out to you directly for more assistance.

Waste of Money
I do not recommend this to anyone. Please don't waste your money. Need help? Too bad... want a refund? Oh well, you don't actually get all of your money back. I just started today and have been on it ALL DAY because they don't give much help at all.

Hi Randi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear how frustrated you’re feeling. That’s never the experience we want for our students.
We understand how overwhelming it can feel when you’re just getting started, especially if you’ve been working through the program for hours in one day. Please know that you’re not expected to navigate everything alone. We have a dedicated Success Team available to help you create a study plan, walk through the platform, and provide guidance whenever you feel stuck.
We also want to clarify that we offer a full refund if an account is canceled within the first 7 days of purchase. If you’re within that timeframe, we would be happy to review your account and assist you with the next steps.
Your success matters to us, and we would love to support you on this journey.
I’ll reach out to you directly for more assistance.

Not Dyslexia friendly as advertised.. it’s pretty much for regular learners..
I thought the app was great if they just slow down a bit us slow learners don’t catch on that fast lol… I have dyslexia so I needed more time so I don’t believe it’s dyslexia friendly as they say…
Also, they need to change to change the questions up you miss them and try to go over it you eventually remember the answers which doesn’t help….
Also, for what I read they say they have tutors, NO THEY DO NOT.. they have peer recovery coaches which is completely different… SO, if it was not for those 3 the app would be set and perfect and it is for regular learners..

Only buy if your looking to study. Not GED testing of any kind
It was great for studying but they don't actually help attain the GED. Would have been cheaper to just ordered some ged pre tests from the alternate site online.
