Hi Michelle,
We’re glad to hear that your refund has been processed, and we appreciate your update.
As mentioned in our correspondence, we’d like to clarify that the product you opted for included a monthly subscription, which is clearly highlighted on the product page, checkout, thank you page, and purchase receipt. We also send two reminder emails—one 7 days and another 2 days before renewal—to ensure customers have time to cancel if needed.
In this case, we responded to multiple emails regarding your request and even provided screenshots as proof of our replies, but unfortunately, it seems our messages may not have reached you. As you appear to have used a .gov work email address, it’s possible that your organisation’s email filters may have blocked or redirected our responses. We sincerely apologise for any frustration this may have caused. However, as soon as we were made aware of the issue, we promptly cancelled the subscription and issued a full refund for the charges.
Our goal is always to provide transparent and helpful career resources, and we’re sorry if the service didn’t meet your expectations. If there’s anything else we can do for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out via LiveChat or email at info@passmyinterview.com.
Wishing you all the best in your career, and we appreciate your feedback!
Best regards,
The PassMyInterview Team

I’m so fortunate to have come across Richard McMunn’s website and YouTube channel. Whilst preparing for my job interview I found the best resources from interview techniques to negotiating a salary. The list goes on! It’s always scary going for a job interview that you really want and there is this fear that you’ll mess up. The techniques provided by the resources were simple to grasp and apply. I felt as though Richard was my virtual mentor and coach and confidently used the technique of answering questions in a real interview setting.and yes I nailed it and was offered the job! So I can’t thank Richard enough! Thank you Thank you Thank you!

I would not recommend this company at all

Stay away from this place
Stay away from this place. I made a one-time purchase in July. They keep charging me every month despite me clearly demanding to cancel all subscriptions. It is the second month in a row this is happening. It is a disgusting scam, never give them your payment details.

Good for using for job Assessment test practice
I liked the precision and variety of tests and explanations given in the course. I was giving my job assessment on abstract reasoning and the content in YouTube, course package and website are worth each penny. I would recommend to practice it here and then give your assessment tests for better result. I got selected in the first round of the job assessment.

Buyer beware - Ambush marketing
I bought a £5 interview pack for a Supermarket interview. The information did not prove to be helpful, but I can let that pass.
What I can not allow to pass is the fact that 10 days after my interview, I was told that my first payment of £32 would leave my account in 7 days. 'What payment?' I thought! 'I didn't subscribe to anything!' I contacted them and asked them to ensure all subscriptions were cancelled - they assured me they had been, and crucially, they assured me that no money would leave my account. This weekend, the payment has left my account - they are yet to respond to my request for a refund. Grrr. I would reccomend extreme caution before signing up to anything.
Edit - I have now been contacted with a promise of a refund - we shall see
