Simon Tyler is a great driving instructor. Helped me pass my test first time with only 2 minors. He is so patient and calm which really helped me settle into driving for the first time. I would highly recommend Simon to anyone looking to start driving.

Great service, with easy to use app/website for booking lessons, making payments and tracking progress. Andrew, my automatic driving instructor was fantastic, patient, friendly and really helped my break bad habits, establish new driving routines and gain confidence on the road. All credit goes to him for me passing first time. I’d highly recommend Andrew and Pass & Go.

I've come back to review again since passing my test today at Horsforth (Leeds). Thank you to my instructor Kulbir Mann (Kip)! I've been doing lessons on and off for 13 years, but just after 5/6 months with Kip I finally passed my test today. He is a very good teacher and teaches you how to be a competent and safe driver, all whilst becoming test ready. Thanks again.

I had a wonderful driving experience with Hayley, she understood where to correct me and always had faith in me even when I didn't feel as confident. I enjoyed every one of my lessons, developing new verbal cues such as tweeting and twooing for observations when reversing. I 100% recommend her, she always made sure I was ok and breathing and when I wanted to take a break she would stop the lesson so I could have a moment to clear my head. She didn't just help me pass my practical test, but taught me how to be a confident driver. Also it was nice to drive with someone that is just as crazy as I am (as someone that mixes up their left and rights) and for that I am always thankful. BEST INSTRUCTOR EVER!!!

My instructor was Mark Dyson and he was absolutely brilliant. He was incredibly calm and patient while being hilarious, keeping the lessons light with jokes. He made my driving experience very enjoyable and comfortable and after about 10 lessons, I passed first time with only 2 minors. I highly recommend him! The website for PassNGo was easy to use and allowed booking to be simple and stress free.

This 'driving school' is an absolute waste of time.

We started with them may 2025. Instructor we first had was incredibly racist and angry during lessons. Close to my sons test he decided he couldn't cover the test. Pass and go found someone else to cover after contacting them a number of times. Unfortunately my son failed on one thing and was to continue lessons.

He had another test booked quite quickly but the Instructor...within a couple weeks of his test again said he was unable to cover. We were unable to find someone else so had to rearrange the test.

Pass and go then..after many calls found someone else but when they came they told my son they could not keep travelling to him and he would need to make a journey of approx 14 miles t the nearest town so he didnt have to pick him up .

This happend with the next 2 instructors so pass and go finally gave us a refund. Which they refused initially. Although I do feel that maybe we should of been refunded more for the Massive inconvenience .

Do not use Pass and go unless you want to be majorly messed around and get nowhere.

Both my sons passed first time with Richard Wareham. He is a great instructor and they had nothing but postive feedback. They are both very confident and competent drivers which is a reflection on Richard’s teaching method and patience.

I just want to say a massive thank you to my instructor, Farooq Ali from Leeds, for all of his help, guidance and confidence in me while teaching me to drive. As someone who has very little confidence with driving, Farooq helped me stay focused and positive throughout all parts of the learning process which resulted in me passing 1st time yesterday when I never thought I’d pass at all!

Great instructor easy to learn from very reliable covers all areas needed to pass first try

I've had a disappointing experience with PNG. After raising a formal complaint about my instructor's conduct, my lessons were cancelled and my account deactivated without notice or explanation – not exactly the response you'd hope for after flagging a legitimate concern.

What's made this worse is trying to actually get it resolved. PNG's support team is only available 9am to 1pm, Monday to Friday. For anyone working a normal job, that's a four-hour window, five days a week, to sort out anything urgent – which just isn't good enough when you're trying to get a refund processed or your account reactivated.

I understand things can go wrong, but how a company handles a complaint says a lot, and being left unreachable for days at a time isn't a good look. Until PNG improves how it deals with conduct issues and makes its support genuinely accessible, I can't recommend them.

Grant was great, so patient and understanding. Couldn’t recommend him enough, he made the whole experience a lot less nerve wracking, couldn’t have passed without him 😊

My instructor, Grant Milner was excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring and most importantly - patient.

I’ve been with pass and go for more than 6 months and it’s been great. My driving instructor was Grant Milner and I strongly recommend him. He was always really kind and understanding, and never made me feel bad when I’d make mistakes. He believed in me more than I believed in myself, which really helped as a nervous driver. If anyone is nervous about learning to drive and driving in general, I would say go with Grant as he really motivates you and is always positive.

The worst driving school I have come across in Wakefield. My son has had five lessons cancelled in the space of 2 months. Excuses from flat tyres to I have been bitten by insects on holiday and can't take the lesson lol you couldn't make it up. This was 18 minutes before the lesson started. It was obvious the instructor was only interested in pass statistics and wanted us to go away and quit. Please don't use them it's not worth it.

I passed today with Kashif from Middlesbrough first time with zero driver faults.

Kashif is a great mentor, instructor and he guided me through so it all. I am happy I passed with flying colours and had the best instructor to guide me through it all. I recommend him. Thank you Kashif and PassnGo.

Pass N Go was amazing. I passed first time and I was taught to drive by Kashif in Middlesbrough and he was so supportive and patient with me. He always made me laugh and helped with my driving test nerves. He was always on time and organised.

If you ever think of learning to drive an automatic car in the north east area, i strongly recommend my guy, Stephen Murphy.

He did an amazing job, teaching me to drive, the UK way. We managed to do it on 10 sessions, he is very systematic and will explain your faults so it wont happen again.
