Although their pricing was more expensive, I went with them for the help polishing the artwork. That process was very efficient and proof process was easy. When the patches were delivered, however, they did not match the artwork. Customer service was very responsive about getting the patches re-done and shipped to me, but because the manufacturing is done in China, the new patches did not arrive in time for me to use most of them. If I could give a 3.5, that would be my rating because the people were great but overall this was a costly experience, spending money on patches I can’t use anymore as well as on the items they were meant to be sewn onto, and set to go empty-handed to the event all that stuff was meant for. I think it’s worth noting, if they had paid for an expedited form of shipping rather than their regular shipping, I probably would have gotten the order in time to use it.

Patches4Less was very communicative and offered great advice regarding the type of patch that would be good for my design. Plus, they delivered the patches ahead of the estimate delivery date -- which was a plus. So seamless and easy!

Patches4Less did an incredible job on my custom hook and loop patches for YourMortgageMomma.com! Mine say “Faith Family Firearms and Financing,” and they turned out perfect. The quality is amazing, the colors pop, and they look even better in person.

I love using these as a fun way to promote my business in a community I’m already part of. They’re unique, memorable, and exactly what I hoped for. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

This company is AMAZING!!! They are helpful and the patches look awesome! They are quick and efficient. They took the pictures that I sent and made the patches better than I expected. The students we so excited when I gave them as gifts. This is the second year I’ve done it and it is so worth it!!!

Fast turnaround time excellent quality and reasonably priced

I have relied upon Patches4Less for a half-dozen military-style patches for my military simulation group. Their quality if fantastic, prices are great, and they have a ton of excellent options to meet your exact needs. Even better, their staff is super helpful and promptly replies to any questions via email and always picks up the phone to help. I print about 2 patches a year and will continue to happily work with P4L!

While the custom patches I ordered were exactly what I wanted, there was a pretty big problem with communication once I approved the proof and paid for the order. I placed the order on June 16 and never heard from Patches4Less or TJM Shipping again via email. No order update or notification of delays or shipping update. I had to call them directly on July 2 to ask them where my order was in their process, and the gentleman on the phone could not give me an answer. He told me to respond to the last email I received from them, which would trigger their team to react to the issue. On July 4, I received an email from TJM confirming that my order had been shipped via UPS. It was finally delivered on July 11. Again, the final order was 50+ beautiful and well-rendered iron-on patches, but the order came too late. My recommendation is for you to communicate more frequently as the order moves through the process, and to be more attentive on orders that have not moved from one phase to the next for a couple of weeks.

“I works with first responders and wanted to give them special patches- and as I have ordered many custom items over the years and always worked with amazing companies from overseas- i decided this time to not only use a “made in America” company but one from Ocala Florida- I was very excited- I was so excited called to discuss my patch- then a second time and spoke with Tim- both times they were looking at my patch as they spoke to me so yes - they too looked at the proof and said nothing to me- I mentioned what I wanted it to say and its purpose and again they said awesome and to say approved. So that’s what I did- I admits that I could not really make out the words on the screen and at times with English being my second language I can make mistakes- but I TRUSTED that since I talked to TWO people who all knew what it should say that if there was an error they would say something! Now why did I trust them? Because every time I have custom ordered something from one of the overseas vendors they have contacted me to confirm things with me when they noticed something seemed off- like a color choice or a word- the OVERSEAS company proofed it for me too to ensure that everything was spot on- I believed (wrongly) that the same would be with an American company- I haven’t had the best experience with American companies- as they seem to not care about work product and they are ok with letting you fail or with allowing mistakes because it’s a way to make more money- but I tried to have faith this time.….”
100 useless patches- you see the word on the patch should be Courage- not corage. “Courage is asking for help” - so I reached out to patches and got an email from Tim- one of the people I spoke with- all he said was you approved the proof your fault but we will give you 40% discount to redo the patches- making them REALLY expensive patches. Their social media person who was very nice but apparently doesn’t actually work at the place but just manages the social media- they apologized and told me to “call asap” only for me to talk to Tim Again because I was transferred to him- one of the least helpful people I’ve ever dealt with. He was very brisk and curt with and didn’t care at all- he did admit that they had seen the error several times and that they did know what it should say but that that is why they have the proofs and that the 40% off is because they did see the error and never said anything. So he admitted to seeing the error, not saying anything and just printing the patches- knowing they would be useless but probably also knowing he could get another order out of me for “replacements”

I knew should have gone with another company and feel bad for not doing so- I was so so so excited for these and telling everyone about them. But I learned the importance of picking the right partner- the right company- the right team.

You see when you pick you either pick someone that wants to see you succeed- someone that will work with you to create a vision, that Invests in and cares about their work product and your vision- now you might say “you don’t pay them to care” and you’re right we don’t- but there are a ton of companies out there that DO care- that do want to create an amazing work product. And the overseas companies proved that they exist- just maybe not in America.
If you choose those who are willing to see you fail and profit from it. Company’s and people that see the mistakes but won’t speak up- that see misprints but stay silent- not only because they don’t care but also because this may present an opportunity for them- be it to make more money off you- to take your spot or steal your Idea whatever it is-

So when choosing be careful make sure that you choose someone invested in your success not looking to profit from your failure.

I take full responsibility for my part I should never have trusted i should have asked for a clearer imagine- and it was a very expensive mistake. Now the I have 100 of this patches as a reminder why I never work with local companies- why patches4less doesn’t care about the customers success but will profit from their failure- I learned to never think anyone ESPECIALLY a company in a capitalist nation will have your back or care. And to NEVER trust that an employee actually cares about what they create for your they are not more than a machine in different and paid to just be there- not care not want to create something people will enjoy.

Valuable lesson- one I plan to turn into a speaking point at all my upcoming lectures-

The proof authentication process was painless and quick. The turn around was quick and the final product looked stupendous. I would definitely purchase with Patch4Less in the future.

Writing this review from Camp Humphreys South Korea. We ordered patches for my husbands unit 40 days ago and still haven’t received it. We spent nearly $500 and he sent it the absolute slowest way he could I imagine. I mean, they outsource to China so I know the profit margin is through the roof but didn’t want to spend a few bucks to send the patches priority. Will never order from this company again.
If you’re in the US you may get better service but shipping to our APO has taken much longer than it should have after paying premium prices.
They pay zero attention to the product that they make and I pointed out the mistakes 5 times. Then when the mistake was caught, we were told that the 30 pieces that was wrong was trashed after being paid for and we were charged for the additional patches.

This is a top notch company. They made excellent suggestions with color that made my logo nicer than I imagined! They also worked with me until I was satisfied. HIghly recommend!!!!!

The short story:
FOund P4L on line, browsed, selected and ordered.
Got the proof, made a few minor corrections ( due to my not fully SEEING the result until the proof) and pushed GO.

The product arrived and there were a few items that were easily de-laminated.
Sent an email, sent photos and the Kind Folks at Patches 4 Less RE RAN the order with an improved adheasive.
They did not charge me to correct the issue.

They have a customer for life!

Patches4less was easy to work with and fast to respond. Their price structure was straightforward and easy to figure out. I ordered a "lower-end" style of patch for my needs so I can't comment on quality, though it certainly looks good overall and I'm sure if you paid for the high quality stuff it'd look even better. I am satisfied with my patches and with the purchasing experience
