Before using this company I asked customer service a question. Like most people starting a business it felt a bit overwhelming. The support was unkind and blunt offering no advice back. I did not feel supported. I ordered the extra bank requirements and literally they asked me for my CRN and needed nothing further so it felt wasteful. The company was swift in getting the job done
