Riley is the best !!
I had someone assist me last Friday, but unfortunately she wasn't very helpful. I called again today (Monday) and spoke with Riley, who helped me complete the online form. I would not have been able to do it without her help.

In just over 90 minutes, I went from registering an account with Patricia Holdings to registering a company with ASIC.
And honestly, most of that 90 minutes was me schooling myself along the way, reviewing all the helpful guides and info tips brilliantly located, and breezing through what the super clear and easy to follow company registration process.
Now I’m off to do my next registration…

I started with another provider. I went through the whole process only to get to the end and was unable to execute the final steps. This provider was seemless. I also found that I was able to speak to a human when I needed to ask a question.

Thank you for your feedback Don. We provide company registers in PDF format for clients to manage and sign themselves, and did not offer a digital signing service. We appreciate your input and will continue to ensure our process is clear and efficient.
Authentic Family Trust set up.
We looked at few online sites and this was basically the only one that looked authentic. I called them and staff were very helpful and I also verified on goggle maps street view that they had a physical office. Trust pilot also gave solid reviews. Set up was efficient and way cheaper than other quoted sights and accounting firms. Process was quick. Folder arrived in mail soon after with documents.
