When I ordered the adapter for my laptop (Sept 2023) the website said it was a genuine Samsung adapter. The part arrived and it looked similar but was not badged as Samsung. Yesterday (Nov 2023) my adapter cable set on fire and we narrowly avoided a fire.

I was led to believe this was a UK company offering prompt service. Having waited weeks the ordered items have finally arrived from China.

Service very poor.

Adapter not received. Then read reviews on here! Like others, thought this was a UK company with swift delivery. A month later no adapter, no communication from company so would warn others not to order from this site!

Over a month has passed since ordering and despite several attempts to communicate with the seller, I don't have so much as a tracking number.

I have requested a refund through Paypal, so fingers crossed that works.

As others say, I was mislead to think this was a UK company, although it is not. This means it took a bit longer for me to receive the laptop battery.
This being said, the battery arrived well packed and I could track the delivery (via Hermes delivery). It seemed to be an original HP battery (i would not know how to check if this was actually a fake battery) and it works absolutely fine.

Sincerely wish I'd read this page before I bought 2 chargers from this company. They are stated as original HP chargers but are cheap chinese crap. I'm not plugging them in to my laptops as I don't fancy frying £1000 of laptop that I use to run and operate my business. Absolutely disgraceful level of mis-selling and I've advised them I will be pursuing my money to be refunded via paypal and if necessary through legal action as they have acted fraudulently.

I wish I had read the reviews beforehand . I also thought this was a UK based company, from the email address, but it is in China. My adapter and USB cable arrived quickly, but they are NOT Samsung originals as advertised . They answered all my emails promptly but wanted impossible measurements of the USB interface because it does not work with my tablet. I have reported them to Trading Standards . I could have bought a cheap £1.99 USB cable for it not to work .
Add on to this review . Since this review and numerous emails to the company, I have now recieved a refund through PayPal. So keep at them folk and hopefully you will also get your money back.

This company has a .co.uk address - but it's not UK based.
Needed a replacement charger and because I needed it quickly, I wanted to avoid a Chinese company. And here I am a week later facing another 10 day wait because guess what..... it's a Chinese company!
It has multiple email addresses for different companies in any communications, which means I have danger warnings all over the place when I get an email from them.
Just hoping the adaptor works!

Rotten. If I could give zero (or minus) stars I would. These jokers fraudulently claim to be UK-based - they're not. By the time the item which you urgently need arrives you'll have had to buy one elsewhere. Refund demanded but request ignored. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Dreadful. It seems as if they are in the UK but they are not. Long delay in supply - from China. They supplied the wrong battery - their fault. They argued to death about refund and replacement, wanting me to post it back at my expense for a refund when it arrived . Eventually I had to get a refund from the debit card company.
Avoid.

I ordered a laptop battery, it arrived in 15 days (10 working days) and seems to work fine.

Delivery was within the given time frame but not as quick as other suppliers, on the other hand they're cheap.

That's it.

I thought pcadaptersdepot.co.uk was a UK company as they have a UK web address. Bought a laptop battery from them, which came from China, and it doesn't work, they won't refund my money and expect me to pay to return the battery to China! So that's over £30 I've lost.

Don't buy from this company as you will have no protection under UK law.

I received a PC power cable and charger that did not work. I had to provide a video to prove this then was asked to pay postage to send the item to China before a refund would be considered. Then they stopped replying to emails. I have reported them to PayPal and American Express. Steer clear.

Very bad!!! Received fake laptop adapter in December, send it back to China for my expense and still didn’t get any refund!! Communication with company is very bad, I hope all negatives from unsatisfied customers will come back like a boomerang to them, I’m very crossed and fuming 😡😡😡👎🏻👎🏻

SCAM! Was sent a fake laptop charger that doesn't work. They advertise Dell manufactured chargers on their website but send out cheap fake unbranded chargers of different a wattage that don't work. They have offered a return, if I send the item back to China, costing almost as much as the charger. Paypal was no help. I have reported them to actionfraud.police.uk and Trading Standards. Wish I had checked the bad reviews here first.

Ordered an adapter and after three weeks only received half of the order. I contacted to tell them and they said they would send out the remainder. Two months later and I have contacted them again only for them to say it had already shipped. Funnily enough, two days later I received tracking details showing it had been sent that day.

Now trying to get the whole lot refunded as I had to buy a charger from elsewhere.

EDIT: PayPal have now refunded me so that, at least, is a bonus.

Avoid. Chinese company prenting to be UK site.
Union flags on website etc.
Asked them to cancel order and they said too late it had shipped.
3 day later i was sent trackking info. 6 days later tracking info still showing they havnt collected it.

The only drawback to this review is that, like others I wasn't aware that this company was not based in the UK; However, I received the charger within 2 weeks of placing the order, along the way I had order confirmation and the ability to track the parcel. My daughter says that it works fine and there aren't any issues so far- so fingers crossed.
I would recommend this company based on my experience- I got a product at a fraction of the cost within good time and good customer service.

It’s a shame you cannot give negative because these people deserve a 10, minus 10 that is.

DO NOT TRUST. ABSOLUTELY USELESS.

I've bought recently adaptor from them unfortunately I haven't received my good and company haven't responded to me at all. Avoid them as they're scammers.
