There is literally no worst app on the planet, especially for a major media company. I spent literally over 30 minutes trying to watch a show, but kept getting errors over and over. The errors contradicted each other, which makes no sense. Then the customer service chat agent kept asking questions - JUST TO ASK QUESTIONS! Is anything worse than that? And no matter my answers, they still couldn't help and just asked more questions. And of course I did the stupid clear cache, reinstall, etc. Useless. At one point I cancelled but was still charged, then re-subscribed, then cancelled again, then resubscribed. So now I'm out money but the useless agent couldn't even issue a simple refund! Obviously no one gives a shit and PeaCOCK remains the #1 worst app of all time ever. There's none worse!!!

Peacock has the worst customer service! Always playing the blame game.I've been a customer for several years. The main reason I subscribed was for my local NBC station( WALB10 in Albany GA) and all my fave shows. Peacock randomly switches to another NBC station 200 miles away( my local is 55 miles away) and then blames it on my internet provider.Excuse me, but we have lived in same place for 20 years with same internet provider for 10 years.Nothing has changed, at all, but you want to play blame game.If I wasn't so hooked on Chicago shows on Wed.night, I'd get rid of Peacock TODAY!

1) Streaming software is buggy: periodically freezes and exits to prior menu. 2) I purchased the middle tier sub at$12.99 per month as my daughter wanted to watch the new Crystal Lake series; I watched with her: advertisements interrupt about every 5 minutes or so and they are long ie not a minute. 3) Content is limited and generally not top tier. I am not willing to recommend the service to anyone considering the above issues. Not a good value.

Peacock sucks! It cut in and out all night! $20 a month and the audio is way in front of the video.

I paid for a subscription to watch a specific movie and then it told me to upgrade to watch the movie. I only paid for the subscription to watch this one movie! & now I've lost my money and can't watch my movie!!!!!!!

Absolute worst live streaming service. You cannot rewind by more than a few minutes, and you cannot fast forward through their commercials unless you catch it before the commercials start and you have enough banked time. Sometimes it even fast forwards more than you intended to, and then doesn't allow you to rewind to see what you missed. The only reson I have this app is for NFL Sunday Night Football, and it seems like they don't care about the customer experience since they have the NFL contract locked up. If you can watch this through ANY OTHER MEANS, i encourage you to do it (let's assume i mean legal means).

Ads continuously even on the "premium" tier. Why would anyone pay to watch commercials?
I think NBC should fire the head of the online services and use that salary to get real professionals to refurbish this app so it is at least acceptable to be free.
Save your money! GET TUBI!

We have Peacock for College Football. It currently lists Indiana vs Michigan. I get on my Peacock app Northwestern vs Rutgers. Just another big corporate entity that is a rip off.

Stop showing commercials in spanish on English channels. Why in the world would you think people that don't speak a lick of English would be watching a English channel. They have their own spanish channels. STOP IT OR YOU'LL LOSE ANOTHER CUSTOMER!!!

Peacock shouldn't take our weekly shows off for specials! Like tonight no Real Housewives of Salt Lake city because of the vanderpump rules lisa in Las Vegas last episodes! We should get a choice if we pay on which one we'd rather watch! Give us more options and when I rewind a show 3 or 4 times I shouldn't have to keep watching the same commercials again and again if I watched them twice already I choose to rewind it I shouldn't be having to watch more commercials on the sane show and same episode! And seems like the longer you're with them the longer the commercials get! Shouldn't we be rewarded for being such long time loyal customers!

I watched Persephone last evening and very much enjoyed it. However, the number of ads interrupting the program was ridiculous. Ads appeared after each and every scene. Ridiculous!

Peacock is the worse of all streaming services as ads are a constant, interrupting mid scene, outrageous for a paid service. I canceled the moment I realized.

I hate Peacock, I am trying to see Yellowstone without commercials and it is impossible to figure out what plan I need.

You’ll watch 3 minutes of ads before starting a movie only for the app to freeze at the end of the 3 minutes, forcing you to watch another 3 minutes of ads before you can even start your movie. It’s a way for them to force you to watch nearly 10 minutes of ads before you can even start watching what you want and then they can claim an “app error”. Terrible customer service and a buggy app. Don’t waste your money, every other streaming platform works better and has much better content.

Went to watch the WNBA Finals Game 1 and it buffered every 2 seconds with no way to reduce the resolution. Was unwatchable. I was so disappointed! I was really looking forward to the game!

Awful they gave me a deal for Apple and their service and was told 12.99. I got charger 19.16.

They use A.I for customer service so it just send you on a robotic loop like you’re the problem. Won’t purchase this service ever in my life. Ever. Unless they refund me. But they won’t because you can’t contact them but through email.

These guys are crooks. They offered me a free 7 day trial. The next day they charged me for one year of service and refuse to refund. They are crooks. Do not use them. Do not trust them.

There is no playback option. If you fall asleep during a series and the next episode plays YOU MISSED IT!! You literally have to use, or create a different profile to go back and watch what you missed. I will absolutely be canceling membership and thank goodness I'm still within the free trial. 19.99 a month and you have to jump hoops to watch something you missed. No thanks!!
