I have had ongoing issues with my peacock.tv app for months. I have done everything they have instructed on their FAQs. Cleared my cache, reinstalled the app several times, updated my firestick, checked for updates on my firestick, reset my modem, check on my "internet speed" (438 mbs), yet they put a ticket in to upgrade it to top tier. And I get a message back telling me to do everything that I just explained. Then they disappear. They absolutely do not give a c*** about their customers. They just increased my price matter of fact. And did not inform me whatsoever. I responded back to their blanket customer "top tier" response in how to fix my situation, which was so impersonal and told them that I had done everything that the first level chat contact told me to do. And they never responded to me. This tells me that peacock is a complete joke. I was told by the first customer service level that they have no ability to speak with anybody personally at all. So bottom line, do not subscribe to their services. They are an unempathetic, self serving, nonempathetic company. Their bottom line profit is all they care about. Typical american greed.

Way to many long commercials even with premium.

I just found out they Peacock removed Everybody Loves Raymond, and on top of that the subscription is going two dollars mire next month, what a rip off. SHAME ON YOU PEACOCK!!!

So i was a subscriber for multiple years for the service and just got told to kick rocks!

I turned off auto for my subscription and they still billed me and whe i contacted support about the issue all they did was offer me the same plan (Premium Plus) for $2.99. witch come to fine out was in fact not the same plan they lower my subscription plan. I contacted them again recent when i found out that it was not the right plan they piratically told to kick rocks.

In my opinion as-well these price increases are insane with them not producing shows/movies to the service to warrant a price hike

Unable to cancel my subscription on the Peacock site. I found out that the initial subscription and payment process is done through a third party, which I could not find the name of the third party. I called my bank and requested to stop payment on recurring (future) payment deductions from my account. That was done, but I was advised by the bank to check my bank statement next month to make sure another payment is not deducted. A total pain to cancel my subscription!! I am sorry I subscribed!! Never again!

I'm tired of seeing the same 5 ads every five minutes even though I'm PAYING FOR THE SERVICE. We shouldn't be seeing ads if we're paying for a subscription. This is why people are going back to physical copies.

Having to buy the Premium plan just to watch an NFL game is bullshit. We will be getting rid of Peacock altogether.

I think it is absolutely heinous that Bayern Munich soccer is only aired in Spanish. That is complete BULL and should be aired in English first. This is America! I am appalled that it is only being aired in Spanish!

I like the selection of shows and that they play newer movies at times, but I absolutely HATE and am disappointed that the commercials are super long and occur way too often, the price keeps mysteriously increasing, and it is constantly rebooting, buffering, cutting our shows off, freezing at the worst possible moments, or just completely knocking us out of what we are watching. Can't get through one whole show without issues. I liked it when it was 7.00/mth. It is not worth 14.99/mth. Too much freezing up causing frustration. Going to cancel as soon as I finish Love Island.

The only pay app that still needs commercials. What greed!!!

I understand ads but REALLY?

I closely monitored/using a timer app during 3 episodes because I found myself getting so aggravated over the number and frequency of the ads. The show play time varied between 6 and 10 minutes before playing ads that were 1 to 1 and a half minute long. I signed up for Peacock to watch Yellowstone and will be canceling as soon as I finish.

And if you are thinking "pay for a higher plan so you don't get ads." I'm paying for the Premium with ads at 12.99/mos. The lowest plan Basic for 8.99 does not include movies. The most expensive plan Premium plus is 19.99/mos but even that plan has the following statement "Limitations: Some live sports and events may still contain ads"

I have Netflix with ads but they are not so frequent and it's not so annoying. Plus the selection on Peacock is very limited compared to Netflix and Hulu.

Once done with this series I will never sign up for PeacockTV again.

No customer service. They suck. My wife and I accidentally created 2 accounts and we can't get a refund for the one I created

I had a great experience with their customer service. Efficient and helpful.

This APP is COMPLETE SH*t just don't waste your money even with the most expensive plan you still get ads and the Premium good luck enjoying a 1-minute ad for every 30 seconds of the show/movie

Lame. Nothing good on Peacock. I got it for one football game and tried to watch it, but I get all the shows on my normal TV. Do not waste your money.

Terrible for viewing sports, voice analysis or play by play comes on 30 seconds before picture is shown. Crackling sound throughout the broadcast, terrible absolutely appalling feed do not purchase you will be disappointed

What the heck is wrong with Peacock? All the BS political commercials on repeat, repeat, repeat ... and they are lies too. I'm canceling my subscription for LIFE.

I'm so livid right now. First off the price increase was not the only thing they did. They big fat effing TOOK MOVIES OUT! You can't increase prices and take away things. That's not ok. That's definitely a problem. I really hope like hell they lose so many customers and lose so much money for this move. I'm tired of this crap. Every single big corp top execs are all worthless and useless, fakes with only one thing on their mind. Money. They're psychopathic. All of them. Research the type of person you have to be to be on top of these horrid companies. Read up. You'll find it. Anyway, back to it. I've been a customer since almost the beginning of this stupid streaming app but I'm no longer a loyal customer. I'm going to cancel right now and they have one hour to cancel and refund me.

Peacock sports will air a live event, but yet the replay isn’t available for hours after the event concludes. Absolutely terrible, should be available immediately or while event proceeds. If I could give 0 stars I would! #iwantmymoneyback

Peacock is an overpriced terrible platform. Just garbage generated from some game boys basement. Know nothing experts on their "panel". Apparently there isn't one former Irish player or coach available....... so we get a Texas/Ohio State wash up crew, a theater kid and a chick who "really really likes football. Way more commercials than regular TV. Garbage. Save your money Notre Dame Fans..... wait and hour or two and then watch for free on YouTube. The 20tards running Peacock are horrible.
