Got on the base plan have to upgrade to watch anything. The movies I have to upgrade the plan are years old also not new stuff doesn't make sense. Won't be back to this platform.

Too many ads this is the worst streaming service I have ever experienced don’t buy it.

Terrible streaming service for sports, the audio is always ahead of the picture. Picture usually scrambled. Save your money, do not subscribe.

This glitches like crazy on Roku. Commercials play without any issue, but the app freezes and requires restart as soon as the content starts. We have not yet been able to watch anything on Peacock so far. Is this just a pay for commercial service?

I'll just stick to the other apps/services that actually work.

If there was a negative, I would give it a negative really can’t even stream a basketball game and watch it. Why does the NBA continue to choose Peacock with its terrible streaming service?

I am supposed to get Peacock Plus through my Xfinity subscription. Yet EVERY DAY, it acts like I don't have a subscription and asks me to pay. I go through contacting them and xfinity, Reactivate my subscription (again), and have it for 1 day. Next day is like groundhog day, with them again saying I don't have a subscription and must pay. Round and round with no resolve. Terrible customer service with just repeat/recycled response.

Truly sucks should be sued for false advertising

Wow!! What a scammer of Network!!! Don’t waste your money. I bought a plan for $7.99 to watch sports, so then I go thru it…Start to choose my basketball game.. and another plan has to be chosen to watch it.. Here I go again pay an additional $16.99 says no ads.. well I turn the game on start lagging, freezing then guess what ADS!!! WTF!! Worse Network total ripped off. I will cancel this subscription 🤬

The broadcast of the Cavs -Raptors game was EXTREMELY annoying. The extra graphics were distracting, and the players’ names bouncing above their heads was totally unnecessary, and, they completely blocked the action at the rim. I have never been so angry watching a basketball game!

Peacock app is terrible. Constantly freezing, glitching & lacks good video quality.

I had to sign up for Peacock Premium just to watch a baseball game because of course it was blacked out on mlbtv. The streaming quality was garbage. Constant buffering, slow downs, etc. At one point, it just wouldn't play and sat buffering. I restarted my TV and launched the app and was no longer able to watch the game because of my area (I don't live near either team's city). I'm honestly stunned they charge 16.99 a month for this.

This is the only app that constantly buffers and glitches. I’ve had it for many years and it hasn’t improved. They even keep going up on the price. Very frustrating!

HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER AND BE ABLE TO TALK TO A PERSON BEACUSE THEY DO NOT ANSWER A VOICEMAIL OR EVER CSLL BACK. WORDT COMPANY EVER

It is pathetic to have a streaming service that bombards you with commercials. Never again will I use Peacock streaming service. Greed never wins

Cant even fast forward after it resets to Spanish,(witch is every 10 seconds)10senconds fast forward is a restart button,contently crashes making you restart from the beginning, its literally unwatchable

Completely unsatisfied, streaming, impossible to cancel membership, I had to closed my credit card account to stop automatic payment every month.

They removed the majority of replays of USA men’s soccer. Completely ridiculous. They still have replays of Winter Olympics curling but they don’t have all the recent USMNT replays just months before the world
Cup starts. Who makes these idiotic decisions?

I will be canceling you tomorrow!! I only have a subscription so I can watch motocross and you’ve totally ruined that for me. What a waste of time and money! If you charged $1.00 to subscribe I’d decline. I really hope all of your subscribers realize what a waste of time your service is. If I could leave negative stars it would be negative 1,000. What a frustrating experience you’ve given me for the one sport I truly love. The AMA is really losing a market they could totally capitalize on via HULU or Paramount!! Worst service ever!!
