SCAM ORDER NEVER ARRIVED!!!

No hay forma de ponérselo, complicadísimo! La talla es mucho más pequeña de lo que dice. Creédme: no os gastéis el dinero, han sido 65€ tirados a la basura

C’est une mouvais site il faut pas acheté j’ai fait des achats mois de novembre j’ai reçu article et pas de tout bonne j’ai renvoyé mais il me rembourse même pas j’ai payer 170€ pour articles et 75 euro pour la poste et voilà poubelle 😪😪😪😪

Their policy seems to be ship nothing until the customer persistently reaches out to customer service. The tracking number I was eventually provided didn’t work. After further persistence on my part and demanding a refund, my order showed up a few days later. This is the same scenario that others have reported. When the corset did not fit (following the size guide on their site) I had to pay to return the item. They tried to charge me again to keep the wrong size items in addition to shipping out an exchange. When I refused and said I would prefer a straight exchange, I was again sent to a link to repurchase the wrong size items. After further back and forth I finally got an exchange agreement. After hearing nothing for several weeks I reached out again. It took four days for the company to respond, and I was assured that my out of stock exchange item was now back in stock and they were working on sending a replacement and they would send out a tracking number for my new items. It has been a week since that last response from perfect order and I have received nothing. Not another reply, tracking number, or package. I was patiently waiting for an exchange, but I’m tired of this process and extremely displeased with this company.

Don’t order from them unless you like flushing your money away on nothing.

Unfortunately a terrible experience with Perfect Corset NYC! I bought 3 corsets from them: I returned them at my own expense because they were too big (they offer very expensive returns!). The package appears to have been delivered but they deny having received it. I will never buy from them again. A truly unreliable company. The only positive thing is that at least they respond to support emails.

I had a terrible experience with Perfect Corset NYC’s shipping and customer service. They use an unreliable shipping company, and the tracking provided didn’t even work. I had to email them just to get a random link to track my order, which was a hassle on its own.

To make matters worse, my package was shipped to the completely wrong address. When I reached out to Perfect Corset for help, they didn’t even bother responding. This entire process has been frustrating and unprofessional.

If you’re considering ordering from them, beware—you might not even receive your package, and don’t expect any support if something goes wrong. I would not recommend shopping here until they fix their shipping process and start responding to customers.

mérite 0. Ils m'ont donné le mauvais nom de transporteur plusieurs fois. Quand j'ai fini par trouver qui transportait le colis, il était trop tard et le colis avait été renvoyé. Quand j'ai demandé à ce qu'on me le refasse parvenir ils m'ont dit que le colis avait été détruit.... Bravo pour l'économie des ressources !

Horrible customer service. Received a faulty item. I asked to return it and an exchange. They offered different options as a partial credit / -10% promotion, etc. No returns, no exchanges, don’t even think about refund. Response times are roughly 24h. It’s been more than a week but no agreement on what will happen next. Terrible company

The corset is extraordinary, looks the same as the pictures and its so so beautiful made. Tha material is very good. Trust me!
The only bad thing i experienced with them was that on their site, the shipping time to my country its 15 days and the corset arrived at the 22nd day, after i mailed them.
More precisely, i didn’t recieve a tracking number after 2 weeks, and they said that the corset is out of stock. I argued with them that they should’ve put on the site its “out of stock”, not letting me ordering it.
But the wait was worth it!

Total scam. Scam business based on scam return costs.. lodged a complaint with the FTC.

Still not arrived and tracking number states, 'your free covid 19 tests are being prepared'!!!!

Need to return an item that’s too small ! What a hassle ! They want me to pay £33 to send it back !!
Really bad service

Horrible customer service. No phone number, everything done by email. Totally dysfunctional. I requested a return within the specified timeline, they are trying to delay or deny my return for an unused unopened item, and ask me to purchase something else. I want no products from this company. I want my refund and I want assurance that if I send the item back I will get my money back.

Absolutely terrible. Tried avoiding providing me with a refund as promised by online policy. Not manufactured in the U.S. (as the name suggests), but in a China warehouse on a road corner. Strongly tried to hide this from me after I requested a return address for a refund numerous times, instead tried offering more discounts and deals (I assume to push out the 2-week return policy so they could deny me a refund). This was coupled with lack of response to many of my emails. Eventually gave me the address and advised I would have to return to China, instructed me to lie on customs declaration about the value of goods (a federal offence), then refused to accept the customs delivery, meaning the item racked up delayed customs fees (sat in customs for 1 month). They then made me pay these fees in order to get my refund. Also refused to tell me their business number despite numerous requests. Products are low quality, corset 'ties' are literally string I would buy from a supermarket. You would be better off buying corset for $8.53 on eBay (they likely come from the same place and would save you the exorbitant $200+ cost). Would recommend avoiding this business at all costs - they are certainly not the sophisticated U.S.-based apparel line they appear to be on Instagram.

When i read the reviews, i immediately wanted to cancel my order, because everybody gave the advice „Don t buy from this shop!“ Canceling was not possible, because i did not receave the product yet. The company answered quickly! But then i got it and i was surprised! It is much more beautiful than i expected. The colour more beautiful… nude but like suntan… and the quality is absolutely worth it! I do not regret having payed 65 Euro. I canceld the return and am very happy about the product. It is true, that it takes a long time until you get it … but you will be happy after ! It is absolutely not a cheap product, you can tell also by the weight! I dont know about the other experiences, but mine was Perfect!

If I could leave 0 stars or even - 0 stars, I would. This company scams people. They advertise products that they do not carry, nor produce in any way and claim to be "out of stock". I know this to be a fact because the fan lace design that they advertise, yet is never in stock, actually belongs to a designer that I know. She's had several issues with this company trying to steal her designs.

Pedí desde México llegó en menos de 15 días. Me espante por las reseñas negativas pero son mentira la calidad es excelente 20 /10 son una hermosura y de super calidad.

After buying, not answer or email about my order and shipping, nothing Back, and parcel also didn’t come. Worse company. Took from me 80$ .

J'essaie de retourner mes corsets qui sont bien trop petit sois disant bonnet D mais taille plus petit que C.
Je vois que ça vient de Chine.
Je constate également que si on a essayé le corset on ne peut plus le renvoyer !!
Pour le renvoi la warehouse aux US est en déménagement apparemment donc on ne peut envoyer que en chine mais il faut mentir et dire que c'est un item de 5$ ou dire que c'est un cadeau sinon frais de douane.
Plus de 20€ de frais de port a notre charge.
C'est du n'importe quoi sur du n'importe quoi.

Le Point positif : si c'est la bonne taille on dirait de la bonne qualité et ils sont très beaux. Si ca ne va pas, c'est foutu. Pour 140€ c'est vraiment énervant, comment jeter de l'argent par la fenêtre..

Autre point positif, ils répondent aux mails.

Das erste Paket ist verloren gegangen und ich wollte daraufhin keine Ware mehr erhalten nachdem ich die Rezensionen hier gelesen habe. Als dann irgendwann trotzdem (gegen meinen Willen) ein weiteres Paket auf dem Weg war, habe ich daraufhin die Annahme verweigert. Ich habe andauernd den Kundenservice per Mail darüber informiert das ich keine Ware mehr erhalten möchte. Meine Mails wurden ignoriert und hier wird behauptet ich hätte den Service nicht kontaktiert. The logistics track and delivery certificate show that the package has been successfully delivered to the buyer's address. However, the package delivery failed because the customer refused to accept the package. Regarding the original package, the customer contacted us on August 21 to say that the package was out of service. We contacted the logistics company at that time and were investigating the matter. If the package is out of service for a long time for 14 days, we will resend the package to the customer free of charge. At that time, it was not more than 14 days. We reported the long-term package incident to the logistics company. However, we have not received a reply from the logistics company. The customer contacted us again on August 30, and we found that the logistics company still had no progress in the investigation. Then we directly resent the package to the customer. We did not receive the customer's statement that the package was not needed at that time. If the customer needs a refund, he can accept the resent package first and then return the package to us instead of refusing the package. According to our return and exchange policy, if the customer refuses to accept the package, resulting in the failure of the package delivery, we cannot refund the customer. Because the failed delivery package will be directly destroyed at the customs, not returned to us. However, the buyer did not contact us to file a dispute, and we believe that the customer is trying to use the bank's consumer protection policy to make a malicious refund. Given the circumstances and after careful consideration of all the evidence, we have to deny the refund request.
