I purchased their curly clip in extensions 6 months ago and they are amazing. The quality is top notch and texture a perfect match. Showroom was classy and their service was very good. I get so many compliments and no one can tell it’s extensions. I would highly recommend this to everyone!

i got my hair colored with Journie and I absolutely love it! She also installed tape in extensions for highlights and the texture blend was perfect. it’s been 3 months and i got it moved up and the quality is amazing and it’s holding up. I have referred her and Perfect Locks extensions to all my friends!

I always get my extensions from perfect locks! The quality is amazing and the color matches my blonde hair perfectly! I would recommend them to anyone.

Nicolas was amazing and left my hair beautiful! I struggle with Trichotillomania and it is my 2nd time getting a mesh integration system to help with hair growth (and not wanting to pull). The hair has been easy to manage, wash and dry. It does get a bit frizzy throughout the day and I’ll have to comb it here and there. Overall, I’m loving my hair so far and have been feeling more confident.

I love my hair from Perfect. I been with this Company for 10 years or more Great Quality bundles i use 30 inches 28 and 26 .I highly recommend Perfect Locks. I like that you can order and go into the Store and pick any hair that you desire .The hair will be ready for pickup the next day.

Perfect Locks helped me greatly because someone signed my name and it was not me! I immediately notified Perfect Locks and their response to help was immediate! After 2 days of panicking and Perfect Locks keeping in touch with at least 5 emails I returned to town and found my package in the mailbox. My product is Perfect, beautiful blonde color! Still I don't know who signed my name!

Recently purchased bulk Hair For a new custom wig, and it was fabulous

All of my wigs are completely custom so being able to work with Hair that has consistent quality is always the key for me

I had a terrible experience with Perfect Locks Extensions. The hair didn't last even a month and tangles excessively. I use Kerastase shampoo, a mask, and leave-in conditioner, but they claim the issue is that I’m not hydrating the hair properly. They shift the responsibility for the poor quality of the hair they sell onto the customer.

Terrible experience, I got 28" wavy tape-ins and from the moment I installed them, they knot like crazy. I had to buy extra brushes to carry with me everywhere because about every 15-20 min I need to brush out insane knots. Spent over $700 for nothing. Complete waste of money and they didn't do anything to resolve the issues. And the hair also came very damaged with lots of split ends.

Ordered a full lace human hair wig with this company, first week of January 2026.
Received the wig and was shocked to see the wig didn’t look anything like the one advertised on their website. Flimsy hair, 130% density that seriously looks more like a 100% density and the ends of the wig looked like a cat’s tail with severe hair loss.

Their offered solution was to have the hairdresser cut the ends to your liking?!
I sent the flimsy wig back, February 3rd and they happily emailed me they received it in good order, February 17th. They have since been stringing me on pretending the reason they can’t confirm the return for me in Klarna, is due to an “open chargeback” with my bank & Klarna.

Meanwhile it’s the 4th of March and Perfect Locks, deliberately delayed confirming, so that I had to report my return a 2nd time with the original track & trace in Klarna. I’ve never had any issues with returning orders back to shops but Perfect Locks is trying their very best to act as if they don’t understand how Klarna works!

Avoid this company altogether. Wigs look horrid, flimsy and stinks.

I have been ordering iTip Wavy extensions from Perfect Locks for a few years now. However, in the last year or so, the extensions are of significantly poorer quality than a few years ago. Lots of flyaway frizz and knotting. I am searching for another company to buy from.

Beware of this company, distinct decrease in hair quality having used them for years my last 2 sets lasted less than a month before matting into an unusable ball that had to be ripped apart. I have had hair extensions for years know to condition, oil, used extension care products and the first lot went in the sea once (conditioned) the second lot were washed as normal. I highlighted this to them answered their many questions in which I had cared for them correctly but after the issue had used 1 product they didn’t like (which clearly hadn’t caused the problem) and they refused to even consider a discount code, replacement or partial refund towards remedying this £500 worth of hair and years as a loyal customer. My hairdresser thought the last two lots were very poor quality. Don’t bother.

I bought hair extensions from them last week. normally use another company but since they offered 30 day return/ exhange I took chance . Texture and xolor werent a match
they charged
me an insane 59.50 restocking fee
on top of 8.00 shipping.

I have been purchasing extensions from
Perfect Locks for over 9 years. This company has grown tremendously over that time frame and their growth is justified. They always have new products and the latest products with more and colors to choose from.
From my research they are the only supplier of curly extensions out there. Also the other companies only have straight ones. Their customer service is excellent and their return policy is very generous. I have had a wonderful 9 year history using Perfect locks for my hair extensions.

I bought a closure around Christmas time for the Christmas special and it seems like every time I get a closure on special its the cheaper version of their hair extensions because it’s very stiff. I will never buy a closure or hair extension on special because it’s not the same hair extensions texture.
