I have been a Perfect Locks customer for many years. I always have amazing customer service and the hair is beautiful. Very little shedding, no tangling, and the curl is perfect. I always ask to have a certain curl pattern pulled for me and I get the best customer service. I tried other hair extension companies and they do not come close to the quality of hair or service I get with Perfect Locks.

Perfect Locks is an amazing brand that had exactly what I needed!! The customer service team took time to explain the quality of hair and answer all of my questions! If you haven’t visited their showroom in Walnut Creek, I highly advise you to make the trip! I will be a Perfect Locks customer for life!

It's rare in this day and age to find a company or brand that "gets it" when someone you love is diagnosed with cancer and is faced not only with an uncertain future, but in the short-term losing her confidence simply by looking in the mirror. My dear friend Kayce was diagnosed with lymphoma and we were unsure where to turn to find solutions while fighting to at least keep some dignity. Not only were the Perfect Locks team professional in explaining different options available during the "fall out" period during treatment, but explained some different solutions available as her hair starts to grow back. The empathy and kindness demonstrated by Priyanka and her staff meant the world to someone who really needed a little hope. Not only does Kayce look like her old self (color matched and all) but the smile on her face when she saw herself for the first time looking like "her" again is something that brought us all to tears. Thank you all.

Bought a $500 gift card for my girlfriend and it was the best gift I gave her. She was going on about Perfect Locks, giving me hints and finally I got what she wanted. She bought tape in extensions and got it installed with a professional stylist. Her stylist was very impressed with the top quality and was excited about purchasing from Perfect Locks as well. My boo gets tons of compliments and has used this product for almost 4 months now. I owe Perfect Locks this review to let others know about our experience.

Great until something went wrong. They string you out on customer service saying they'll get back to you, they are reviewing your case. They are never going to help you. Customer service is terrible. Find another place to buy from.

I bought tape in hair extensions from Perfect Locks and after one wash they looked ratty and terrible. I went into the Walnut Creek location to show them and they refused to do anything to remedy the situation. I have hair that I got from Amazon that is literally way better than the hair I got from Perfect Locks. Like no comparison. This company is a joke. Terrible product, rude employees, could care less about the customer.

Oh, and the only reason they have any good reviews is because a few years back they were caught buying fake reviews on Yelp. Just got to trust.yelp.com and type in Perfect Locks and you can see proof of it. So don't trust a single good review you see from this company. They're scam artists.

I was excited to find curly hair extensions that matched my curl pattern but I’m disappointed with this brand. I’ve bought tips and now hand tied wefts. The hand tied wefts shed to the point where there’s always a climb of hair in my brush or comb. I’ve had the hair for a month and it’s incredibly dry and tangle immediately. When I run my fingers through the hair to break apart the tangles I just have more and more hair coming out. I’ve used hair extensions for 10yrs so I am well aware of the care of them. Sad, I was hoping these would work out. A lot of money wasted.

After using this brand on several clients, I had one install that didn't even last 2 months before having terrible shedding and breakage over several inches. This client had payed for over 20 inch hair and was very unhappy. Seemingly strange being that she has worn extentions for over 10 yrs and takes very good care of them i have done hair for 22 yrs and have never had to ask a company for hair replacement,but I ask "perfect locks" to replace the hair. I would of course be reinstalling it for free to make it right for the client. I was run around asking to see pics and so forth for months with no solution offered, anyone high enough up in the company to approve the replacment refused to talk to me( I was told "they don't do that and are to busy". I will never use this company again, nor refer them and will continue to tell other stylist about my horrible experience with "perfect locks

I had been purchasing tape ins from them every 2-3 months for the past 2 years. That was $1,500+ of business per year I was giving them. The least order I received was not real hair, the hair would get super tangled, and ever since I had them installed every time I would run my hand through my hair, there was hair falling. Very bad tape ins. I called and left voicemails 3 times, nobody bothered to return the call. I'm now buying my extensions from Donna Bella and I'm very happy with them. Please do now waste your money with this company - they're a joke!!

I bought the tape ins and I tips in wavy 60S. Although the color was almost a perfect match the tape ins came with a very shiny coating making them look unnatural. I reached out to via chat to return them but hours later no response so I emailed them. I was told that once I washed them it would go away. I was going to an event and was desperate for hair so I got it installed and still the shine remained on the hair after I washed several times. Ironically the ITips did not have the shine. When I reached out to let them know it didn’t work and I wanted to return the two bags of opened bags they asked if I wanted to exchange them for something else or get a credit because they deduct 15% for restocking fee. I wasn’t expecting money back on the hair I used that I then had to remove the next day but they could have waived the restocking fee for the two packs I was returning. They could care less that I was unhappy with my purchase. Then when I tried to return and put in my order number initiating the return it stated order not found. I was so frustrated I kept the hair to use as swatches being that I only have 15 days to return and I was going back and forth on emails for a few days already. I’m a professional hair stylist and I have never had such a bad experience with a “professional” company. The worst customer service ever. Please read your terms for refunds or exchanges carefully with this company and all companies you deal with. I’m out 628.00.

I've decided to try the hand tied weft, and purchased them according to the description on their website it stated 5 tracks, I called customer service and I informed them that my order was mailed with 4 tracks, and according to them they made a mistake, and informed me that if i wasn't satisfied for their mistake I could return the product. Donna bella is a much better company I'll stick with them. Forget this company. Read before you purchase and make sure you get exactly what you're paying.

Perfect locks hair is definitely far from perfect. I spent $300 on a 20in "natural black" which was definitely brown hair. The grams were 150 which in my opinion is pretty thin. Once I left my review stating how I felt and what my product was like I got a call from someone who works at perfect locks basically telling me that I could have requested a darker bundle even though it doesn't state that on the website. I also got told that the shedding looks minimal but it definitely isn't. I've had many bundles of hair and haven't had them shed this bad after being brushed. So do not order your hair from here they are NO help!
