Terrible service. I ordered a 50ml bottle of Tom Ford as a birthday gift. They took my money and then never sent the order. I chased delivery and then got an email to say that the order had been cancelled!!! It was an automated email so no courtesy what so ever. Do not use!

Still can not believe this company has not been shut down yet. I purchased some Tom Ford. Took 2 weeks to arrive then the bottle was only half full and not filled with the correct aftershave.
Still waiting for the refund.
I know I will never get the money back I'm just annoyed that I got scammed by muppets like these.... 😡

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER BOUGHT FROM. EVER!!!!!!

What makes it worse is that I actually read similar reviews to the experience I have had and still thought “naa, won’t happen to me, I’ll be fine!”
I was wrong!!!!

So I bought and paid for my item at the start of Dec.
No receipt of payment sent me to me. Strange.
5 days later, no item received. So I called up and was told the tracking info stated that the perfume was due to be delivered in a week (days after purchase)
The next day I had an email to to say it had been lost and that a refund had been issued. Strange considering the guy I spoke to only a day before said it would be with me in 7 days.
So I waited and waited. No refund received.

Called and called. No answer.
Emailed and emailed. No answer.

22 days later and I still have not got my money back!!

DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THESE PEOPLE.
YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND THEY WILL NOT. I REPEAT, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU.

Firmly believe any positive reviews of this company have been done by the scammers theirselves to trick you in to thinking they are ok.

I tried to be a cheap skate and save £5 by buying from them. Trust me.... buy it from somewhere else and save the aggro!!

So I've ordered a holdall bag from here on the 28th on nov 2019 and still haven't received my item ? I've had a confirmation email however I haven't had any shipping info. Can anyone help me to see what's going on?

I would give zero if I could. I ordered a perfume in Dec 18. They came back saying it's not in stock and are you happy to wait. I said yes as it was a rare perfume. Followed up late in Oct19. Emailed back saying delivered in Jan19. I asked for shipping info as I never received it. No response since then even after multiple emails. Paypal can't do anything as more than 3 months old. I have lodge the complaint through Fair Trading and about to do so with my bank as well. If you have ordered a perfume through them, make sure you ask for refund straight away and get Paypal and your bank involved straight away! Will be interested to know how other buyers got their money back.

I was quite surprised reading the poor reviews about this company. I have bought many times from them without any problems and a product that I can't buy in the shops. I think, because the product is discontinued (it's a Beverley Hills stuff). I have always received the product within a day or two. But today, I tried to buy some more as per their website and I can't log on, the website is slower than a snail so wonder if there are now issues. I'll try again tomorrow and update if I place an order.

After i made a purchase online, i recieved an email with no information about when my product will be shipped. After two days i recieved an email stating the perfume was 'out of stock' even though the website still says otherwise. I had 2 options. Option 1 was to choose a different product or option 2 get a refund.

I choose option 2 and they sent me another email and i had another 2 options. Option 1 was to recieve refund in the same way as paid or option 2 was to recieve refund to my bank account. I choose option 1 as i didnt want to give my bank account details.

They tried to prolong the process of the refund but i emailed them stating to take matters further if i didnt recieve my refund by the next day. After waiting, i recieved a refund after 1 week.

I believe this company is a scam and it should be avoided by all cost. It seems like they dont have any stock at all, they just take your money and waste your time. The 4 & 5 star reviews are probably fake and paid for. Do not buy anything from this company.

Just over three weeks ago I ordered two bottles of Fragrance, two days later they responded it was out of stock. They asked if I wanted to wait until it came in, they had no idea when, so I opted for a refund.

Three weeks later, still no refund so I emailed yesterday to ask where the refund was and they come back today saying they would look into it but asked for my Bank Account Details as it would be quicker to refund me there than Paypal??? I told them to stick with Paypal (who after reading all these Reviews for the first time I will now lodge a dispute with) I also asked why the fragrance I bought was still listed as IN STOCK ;-). Very dodgy

Made and paid foe an order. Out of stock they said, full refund comming they said.. months passed as sameshit. no refund.

Bought a perfume, few days after they informed me by email they just realise it’s out of stock and I will get full refund. Never happened!! Just opened they case with PayPal to get my money back.

Believe the bad reviews. Sold me an out of stock item, couldn't even tell me when it was coming from the supplier and then offered me a refund - weeks and emails later no refund. A in the time wasting process of now lodging complaints to get my money back.

Same as everyone else perfume arrived with in a week or so.
Staff very helpful helped me find what I was looking for.
Ordered my perfume as wasn’t in stock at that time but delivered to home address within a few days.
Very pleased with whole experience thank you.
But last week i ordered some perfume from a website called perfumeshops.com.au and just received the product. so far its good experience. the package looks very slimier from both companies so wondering if it is also owned by the people who run this company.
either way I am very happy and keep it up the good work

I actually didn't think this website was legit, sounds a bit silly but the font of the logo actually made me think this for some reason. Some products are cheap but a lot of them are just what you pay else where, delivery was free and was sent on 48 hour tracking, i ordered it Saturday and it arrived on Wednesday. The biggest down side is the lack of choice their isn't a lot of variety sadly, but if i ever come across something cheaply priced on there again i will definitely order again from them

Don't believe the bad reviews they are really good I ordered my perfume on Thursday and by Monday it was delivered and packed very nicely brilliant services I will be definitely order again.

Excellent! Placed an order on Monday delivered after 48h on Wednesday. Parcel was packed safely and Royal Mail requires a signature before giving it to me. If it comes to a product I've purchased I already knew it before, so no surprise, but I've never bought this one as such a bargain 80ml Carolina Herrera 212 VIP for £34.99!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would highly recommend this company:) Thank you

After reading some of the reviews on here I was concerned about the order I had just placed. Couldn't have asked for a better customer experience. Bargain price for a 80ml bottle of my favourite perfume (bought two for less than the 50ml in shops). Email communication was great and they arrived by royal mail recorded delivery within 3 working days. Perfect. Will use again!

Ordered 21.90 perfume. Checked bank and they took 2 x 21.90 payments out. Phoned them but they never pick up and ignored all my messages. avoid scam website

I've been impressed by the staff professionalism,help and engage toward me a "late customer " that I wasn't decided what to buy.I've left the shop with a nice parfum and with the promise that I will be back to The Parfume Shop Kilburn High Road branch.I am not able to write the name of person that was serving me as I was supposed it's in receipt for this reason I didn't ask his name.:((

Bad customer after service from head office the perfume shop

Ordered quite an amount of perfumes before Xmas.
Parcel arrived with some perfume missing which was meant to be a Xmas gift. Been chasing this now for about 3 weeks, still no replacement, very slow at responding to complaints, will not buy from here again
