They don’t contact you back ever tried to cancel an order emailed to ask for it to be and nothing. Then shipped product out 4 days later. Just really bad customer service i ordered wrong product as description was different from product . I didn’t even want to return as they wouldn’t even reply back to any contact. Wouldn’t recommend

I returned a order that was unsuitable…
I returned a order that was unsuitable and everything was in it's packaging. I had informed the seller had returned and after emailing them multiple times have never had a response back or the refund. Would not recommend this seller.

I have not received my order
I have not received my order. I was in on Saturday 13/12/25 and noone rang my buzzer and I was in until 3:30pm
I requested the parcel to be delivered to my local post office today 16/12/25, I went there and they do not have anything

Actually very good!
This is the only place I can find that stocks my favourite hair at a reasonable price. I think they offer a very good shopping experience, the prices are similar - if not the same, to the afro hair shops you find on the high street. They also have great customer communication. Highly recommend!

Frizz away, here’s Perry!!
I’d been searching everywhere in London for my the hair products I needed, my hair products were no where to be found! Until… I found Perry Barr Cosmetics! Woop! I made my order on Monday and my hair products arrived on Tuesday! No more fizz here!!

Very disappointing
Very disappointing. Waited ages for items to be delivered then received a card from Royal Mail stating that insufficient postage paid and I had to pay the extra in order for delivery. I paid it and received the items only to discover that the 3 relaxer kits were not an exact match to what I ordered and an alternative was sent. I would not recommend and most certainly will not be using Perry Barr Cosmetics again in the future. My fault for not reading reviews. Avoid and be aware.

Great Service
I was quite skeptical at first when purchasing from Perry Barr, but it is quite reliable and easy to use and shop from. The prices match other shops, and I used this website as the other shop I usually use went out of stock, and I think I'm going to switch to this shop as my regular shop. The reason as to why I'm not giving it 5 stars is I never really give anything 5 stars as there has never been a website that is 100% perfect, like free delivery, or extremely cheap items, and quick delivery too.
