I ordered Palmers facial cleansing oil and was sent Palmers therapy oil. I sent 2 emails but no reply, i finally called them only to be told they had sent me the correct items but the packaging had changed. It took me nearly 10 mins and repeatedly asking them to log onto their own website before they agreed they had sent the wrong items, and what I ordered was out of stock. I was then told to return these wrong items at my own cost!

You get what you've ordered in good time, well packaged and great price. Yr also kept informed if out of stock. Very efficient.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered palmers oil face cleanser, you sent palmers oil body. I sent you an email to ask you to replace with what I ordered, you never answered. Every opportunity I get to give honest feedback on how little you care for your customers , and the sloppy practise of not even fulfilling the order I will to warn others! It’s such a shame as I trusted your name as I was brought up in Birmingham.

Easy to order, quick delivery!

Ordered 3 hollywood hair polisher. There was no packaging in the box, just the 3 items. Unfortunately one bottle leaked out compl they and other 2 partially leaked out. My item was delivered in a plastic bag royal mail placed the box on as the oil wad dripping.
Rang to ask for a replacement of the empty bottle advised last weds 7th Aug I would get it by sat yet nothing arrived. I tried to call them but they put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I'm contacting my bank to reverse the transaction as this is poor service. They should have taken the time to package the item not just throw them carelessly in a box to cause this problem. I have a ring doorbell so I have proof the items arrived damaged from royal mail.

I placed an order from Perry Barr cosmetic store online on the 6th of July. It's been 2 weeks now, today 21st July and I haven't received my order. I reached out to them on the 17th July and they had no concern whatsoever in following up the situation for me, no customer empathy. Their staff I spoke to said they have fulfilled their own part by shipping it out, and so am left to track it on my own. No update from shipping company as well and no delivery. My order just became a ghost. They have not even contacted me to ask if I have received my order and see how to be of help. I actually regret buying from them.

I received a wrong item which is very bad because I ordered 2 of the hair moisturizer and was unable to contact you guys for return and refund. Will not buy from you again.
