No stock of items advertised in website. Was Refunded.

I was kept informed about my purchase. Even though they were out of stock of the product I wanted I was offered an alternative product.

Item not recieved and no update despite emailing for advice

They whent ubove and beyond to make my order even when stock was not there kept me up to date with every step will definitely be a consultant patron thank you and blessings

Delivery was very quick and packaged with care x

I bought an item with this store, and an hour or so later I get a WhatsApp message telling me my order isn't coming, and that I need to order another package to get double the amount. It's so unprofessional! I shouldn't have to order more to get my original order. Do not buy from these guys!!! So dodgy!

After 2 weeks I chased an order to see why it hadn't arrived. Received a cancellation email, refunding my items, with no explanation why.
Really couldn't have been worse service.

I love the products, even though it took a while to delivery still met my expectations. The products are great, the lotion smells amazing and both products I got was easy to apply meaning soft and wasn’t rough.

No stock, lack of communication and tardy refund

Hair product arrived in good time and as described. Only downside is that a quite steep postage cost was added on at £4.95 at point of sale but the postage label on my order showed only £3.76 paid for by Perry Barr. I know it's only over a £1 difference but still?

Wrong item was sent. I emailed to see how best to return it and get the correct item. Had one response asking for the order number which I'd already provided in my original email, but had no further contact, so I'm stuck with the wrong product which is not suitable. Won't be using this company again.

There was a delay in delivery due to the Easter break, but the items arrived very well packaged.

I received an email to say I was getting a refund with no explanation as to why. I obviously appreciate the refund but would like the product I ordered more!

Friendly and efficient staff always shop with them .

I have not received the order I placed for the equal cosmos wig on the 25th February 2024. No update.

Never got item - they took my money then ignored every message asking where my order was, email does not exist and phone number does not exist. Completely disgusting and disgraceful people and company.

I would really like to give minus zero star if I could, this company do not deserve any star in the first place, I ordered hair and gel since October last year (2023), and we're on the last day in January, I've not received my order and money had been taken from my bank account, no update, nothing. I've emailed them so many times but there's no response.
