Ordered in October, never arrived, ignoring emails. Do not use this company. Hundreds of people losing money.

I ordered a personalised mirror for my granddaughter's bedroom as a Christmas present. Granted, it took a long time to arrive but I did get a couple of emails explaining it would take a while to create the item, and it did arrive before Christmas. I'm absolutely delighted with it. The name is written in a very pretty script and the led strip works a treat. It has a remote control to change the strip to any number of colour combinations. Perfect present.

I ordered two football shirt lights for my sons. They took 8 weeks to come. When I opened one of them, one was fine but on the other one the plastic strip which affixes it to the wall was snapped and the light strip which goes inside did not work. I now have one son without one of his Christmas presents and I’m out of pocket for an item that does not work.

I notified the company and have now sent 5 emails, asking for another plastic strip and light strip to be sent out and every email has been ignored.

I would never order from this company again and would recommend that everybody avoid them. Terrible customer service and poor quality items.

Absolute scammers! - Got an order acknowledgement off them and that is it.

Never received a response from 5 emails asking for delivery updates, but they took my money. No phone number to contact the company. SCAMMERS, AVOID.

I placed an order on October 29th last year, still haven't received the product.Had an email in January asking if id like a refund or the product made,I opted for the product but as everyone else is reporting it never turned up! On the Gov website it says LIQUIDATION under this company. So looks like no one will be getting their money back!

The order took weeks longer than was stated on the website. Communication during this time was dismissive.
When ready to install the wall light we found the light strip didn't work. Not the end of the world, just a replacement part needed. All emails have been completely ignored.

I placed an order at the beginning of November for my sons birthday, they had production issues but promised would be received in time for Christmas but never arrived. I chased up several times via email and was finally promised a refund on 7 January, but still not received and no response to further chasing email this week. Have resorted to going through my bank to try and get a refund- very very disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered in October 2024 for a Christmas present, I still haven't received it. I've emailed numerous times and had a reply saying they were making my order and it would be 2-3 weeks that was at the beginning of January. They are now ignoring all emails and DMs. I haven't received my product or a refund.
Stay away from this company.

Ordered 6 mirrors . Most were ok. Some lights didn't work and the football one in particular was very poor. Emailed several times and they just ignore you then block you accessing their website.
The website is now closed but looks like they are revamping it -
Probably to escape the poor service .

0 stars. Ordered a mirror in October and still not arrived. No response to numerous emails. Claimed money back from my back and the merchant declined the refund. No further forward. Would never buy from this company again.

Wouldn’t give any star I ordered mirror for my grandson for Christmas in OCTOBER I still haven’t received the item or a refund 23 February I can’t claim back from back as it was under £100 . I have emailed numerous times I’m furious at how I’ve been treated .

We ordered two mirrors for our kids for Christmas presents, after weeks of chasing sending emails and contacting on instagram we got our mirrors the week of Christmas and personally the quality isn’t great but the kids liked them. Upon install my daughters LED’s light did not work, I have been trying to contact them since with no reply or acknowledgment.
Avoid like the plague, the product and service is sh*t. Order from a more reputable company.

Ordered a mirror in October 24 still waiting now February 25. Was informed they had some personal reasons why, however said I would revieve in the new year. Have sent several emails, no response to any. Would definitely not use this company again and recommend no-one else does.

Absolutely terrible. Took my money way before Christmas. It is now the end of February and no product or refund received despite me sending many emails. No emails have been replied to. Do not buy from this company.

0 stars absolutely diabolical this company ordered my son a football mirror for Christmas in October never received then received an email in January saying they would re make and send and they never bothered never reply to any emails my bank won't refund as its over 20 days I told my son they were remaking it asks me everyday when it's coming now out of pocket as going to have to order from somewhere else. Look on the page this evening and it looks as if there starting a new page!! Reported them to trading standards!!

Needed some information as QR code link was invalid. No response at all. Stay away!!

Would give less stars if I could! Ordered grandchildren’s Xmas gifts 4th November. Six week delivery time. They never arrived. From fb I saw posts of problems but they would be delivered before Xmas. Still never arrived. I emailed them several times, but no replies. Had an email saying I would be given a refund option in January. By mid January I had heard nothing, even though I had emailed them, in the end I applied for a refund through PayPal. This “company” are a complete scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Terrible company, placed an order start of october i chased it up after a couple of weeks i received one reply saying they are having delays due to christmas which i understood that at the time… but it got closer to christmas and it still hadnt arrived and by that point they weren't replying to any of my emails asking for a refund! I never received my item or a refund!!

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star, I ordered on 7th October these are gifts. “Late for Xmas, i told the children they still will get them as I was offered a refund or the items in the new year, which I said I’d like the item, 3 personalised lights I ordered, to now I being ignored, having to go through my bank to get a refund
