Took money up front in October, initially made excuses for lates deliveries, but still taking money and orders. Still no delivery and company still not actually responding to emails. No phone number, Facebook shop you cannot actually review but shows 5star, which sort of proves the reviews are there own. Scam company, little more than thieves.

I definitely would not recommend- placed an order 23rd of October and they didn’t deliver- I have been asking for my full refund, no response. Please do not patronise- total nonsense!

Was LIQUIDISED IN THE LAST WEEK.
Mr Michael Psaila fraudulently took many, many orders with payment up front, leading up to and over the Christmas period.
A very large volume of which were childrens gifts from loved ones.
The revenue was pocketed by Mr Psaila and NO GOODS WERE RECEIVED. The masses scammed received lies, excuses and complete disregard of correspondence.
Mr Psaila's previous shop's neighbours hold lists containing the details of disgruntled customers. Who have attempted to visit the branch at Bridge Street for answers. Whilst the shop/ studio has been deserted for many many weeks.
Whilst still taking orders at The Personalised Gift Studio.
So many people have been scammed by this despicable man, and have made a Facebook group named 'Personalised Gift Studio Reviews,' to share their experiences.
Trading Standards, BBC Watchdog and other interested parties have been informed of Psaila's 'business acumen'.
Please share to local groups and businesses, too.
Mr Michael Psaila should be prevented from benefitting from amy more victims placing prepaid orders, Whilst he hides behind the ANOMIMITY a change of address and new Trading Title, that it brings.

Placed an order on the 27th October for two items for Christmas. We are now on 15th Feb after corresponding with the owner of the company apologised for the delay mid January and 4 weeks later still no items. Requested a full refund.

If demand can’t be met don’t be open for orders.

As many others paid for goods in October 2024 for Christmas gifts for my grandchildren. Initially received a email with family picture presenting as a family buisness and guaranteed delivery for Christmas. But despite many sent emails, no reply. Post was put on buisness page saying there was family problems and the owners dad had been taken ill.This may have been the truth, but I doubt it now knowing how this guy operates.
I finally requested a refund and gave 7 days.absolutly no response, so contacted my bank who immediately refunded me.Also reported to action fraud.

Scam company now trading under a new name of blessed moments gift co. Everyone's money they have stolen is now gone as they are simply changing their name to con more victims

Do not use this company they are a complete scam they take your money , tell you after a long wait its about to be dispatched still not shown up after over four months , all you get is an automated email saying they will be intouch ,,,NO THEY WILL NOT

Would give no stars if possible. Refunded via credit card after months of waiting. Ordered in October 24 for Xmas but the same story as nearly every other review. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until after Xmas but still no order or correspondence. Do not order from this company you WILL lose your money. If you put the company name into FB you can find Mike and see what he spends people’s money on!!! One of the worst online ordering experiences I’ve had to deal with.

Would give no stars if possible, terrible company, ordered 2 separate orders from them , first order took 3 months to arrive and was basically cheap tat that didn’t work and looked nothing like advertised, complained to the company and got nowhere, lost my money on the first order, got my money back via PayPal on second order, AVOID this company

Ordered October 2nd emailed over and over had no response do not use!!!

The experience with this company is the pitts.
Do not order anything from them.

They have still not delivered their promise to fulfil an order placed in October.

Several emails and messages, had an occasional reply since Xmas and still broken promises.
No contact made to ask if refund would be preferred either.
Outrageous and shouldn’t be allowed to trade.

Ordered on 1/11/24, promised guarantee delivery before Xmas, nothing came! Sent email after email back & forth! Gave them a second chance to re order my son’s Christmas present due to family bereavement & Still nothing… sent emails for refund and I’m still not getting a reply! So I’m on to PayPal for a refund!

If there was a no star rating on this I would click on it! I placed an order October last year.. still haven't received after many emails and messages. I was offered a refund or to proceed with order. I thought I'd give them another chance after their heart sob story of family issues and over orders but.. we all go through tough times but don't take people's money. I'm sure things I've ordered from china before have delivered quicker!

Scammers took my money. Didn't send items or refund. Now blocking me.

I ordered an item from this company in October 2024 they took my money but i never received the item. I sent several emails as there are no customer service numbers available, no reply.
I realised then i got scammed .

Have got my money back from PayPal which I am very grateful for. I understand this firm has gone into liquidation and in the process of re starting under a new name. Unbelievable!. The main losers in this is the genuine small companies as I will now be reluctant to purchase from them and I'm sure a lot of people will think twice before placing an order

I ordered a personalised mirror in October for my neice. I have emailed a number of times, money has been taken and no product . Shocking.

I ordered October told lies all a long mike and Sharon have scammed a lot of people but it's catching up with them now 😡
