Item took 2 weeks to receive numerous chasing and only responded to emails when they saw my reviews about them on facebook. Wont be using them again more hassle than its worth shame as spoilt a fathers day present.

Placed an order with them ...item has not arrived ....emails ignored ...have now raised a dispute with the bank ....this is scam company do not order from them

Just received my order. Perfect for my Arsenal mad partner. Was worried after reading such poor reviews after I ordered but my experience has been totally positive. Helpful and prompt customer service from Hannah and my framed print is fabulous and delivered in just a few days

Got a random text from a burner number, saying my football dog artwork has been sent to my email... Never used or even knew about this company before, suspected scam.

Avoid. Still not received my order when it should of been here nearly a week ago. Awful customer service aswell

Excellent overall service, sent a picture Wednesday, framed photo arrived today (Saturday)
Hannah provided very prompt responses to queries that I had,
IF I could suggest an area for improvement, then it would be clearer and more in depth information on the emails supplied

Ordered last week and paid preview picture came within the hour and print came within 4 days really happy with it I have read other reviews since receipt and have to say I’m surprised or just lucky to get our pic . Have bought a frame and it looks great . May be getting another one but will definitely pay with paypal can’t post the pic as it’s a gift

The picture turns up in the correct packing for a picture, but there is no frame with it. Very expensive for just a picture. I could have created this myself a lot cheaper.
Took ages to arrive and not in time I wanted it for.
Will not order again.
On a plus note Hannah replied to me when I contacted them.

Payed £18 for my digital print and then found out you can do the same thing and better through CHATGBT for free which makes me think that's what they do and charge you for it.Think before you buy guys.

Absolutely amazing. Hannah has been great and helped me with any issues that I had! I 100% recommend. I’ve now got 3 lovely photos of my girls in their Arsenal shirts.

There was a slight hold up with my order and that was perfectly acceptable. Customer service was fantastic and really pleased with my order. Will definitely use again 😊

I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews on here. I ordered a photo for an anniversary present. It came after around a week and a half and is excellent quality. Hannah was very helpful when I emailed to check on delivery and explained that the slight delay because they are moving offices. I’d definitely recommend this company for quirky, personalised gifts.

Hannah replied to all my emails & quickly corrected any problems that arose & answered any questions I asked her.

Great communication, picture exactly as described

I don’t know if this company is even real at this point. I placed 2 orders before Christmas 2025 they did not come I made contact with the company and didn’t hear back so got a refund through my bank. My bank managed to make contact with the company who contested my refund claim therefore the bank took the refund back. I’ve now been back and forth emailing the company for about a month, they’ve admitted to not sending the orders and contesting the refund. Have asked for my PayPal details to refund me? As if I’d give them anymore of my details after this. I don’t know what they are playing at but I’m going to have to take this to citizens advice.

Ordered in December as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I did not receive, and requested a refund through the bank as I emailed the company 3 times for an update, and nothing was recieved back.
I received the print, but as I was unable to contact the company, I was unable to return the payment.
Fast forward, and they then email asking for payment. I misread the email, and replied asking how to pay. I received no email back once again. I followed up once more, again no response. However, I re-read the email I had received and realised there was a link to make payment. I did so, as I did receive the item, however it was only then I got a response to say thank you for paying! Though the prints are of good quality, customer service is completely non-existent. This lets the company down massively, as if they got this in order, there is chance for a great success!

I was delighted with my photo! Great communication and quick delivery, would definitely recommend this company 10/10!

Ordered my dog picture for my husbands birthday on Wednesday and it arrived with Royal Mail today, took two days. Fantastic service lovely picture and nice frame. Five stars from me. Do not let negative reviews put you off.
