Impossible to reach anyone by phone
Impossible to reach anyone by phone. We were assured our meds would arrive promptly but shipping /fulfillment was so slow we had to fill another prescription at a different pharmacy. Super disappointing

CanadaPost mix up
You guys made up for it by resending the parcel, but Canada Post sucks.
They routed my original parcel through Saskatoon.
How does Canada Post figure the way to get to London Ontario goes through Saskatoon, SK is beyond me. And I don't know why you continue using their services.
