Over all experience is good they could do a bit of work in their website and change the way they charge the dispensing fees rather than charge by medication it should be charged by order . The one guy i spoke to numerous times was fantastic as i was having issues with Canada post and they way they deliver too lazy to come to my door and get my signature would leave the sorry we missed you card in my community mailbox and then it would take days on days for them to locate my shipment he got my last order actually delivered to my door

This is an awesome site to purchase…
This is an awesome site to purchase veterinary quality items at a better price. There is a shipping charge but their prices are that much better than a vet’s so you still end up ahead and you don’t have to leave the house! As a groomer and former vet tech - I highly recommend this site to my clients!

CanadaPost mix up
You guys made up for it by resending the parcel, but Canada Post sucks.
They routed my original parcel through Saskatoon.
How does Canada Post figure the way to get to London Ontario goes through Saskatoon, SK is beyond me. And I don't know why you continue using their services.
