The drug release was slow with minor…
The drug release was slow with minor issues like the type of pill etc
The fact that you ask for printed prescriptions to be mailed is so old fashioned and slow. The release fees are also high! The vet already charges extra to release the prescriptions

Neither one of my cats would eat the tablets and no returns allowed because the container was open, so $110 spent for nothing.

Inexpensive alternative for pet meds, but slower than they used to be
I love shopping with Pets Drug Mart for my cats' medications and supplies when possible since they are so much less expensive than at the animal hospital. However, we do get charged large prescription fees from the vet to get a prescription not filled by them, and a dispensing fee from PDM. Also, we used to get our orders from PDM much more quickly that we do now. It seems they are in increasing demand but haven't added enough staff/pharmacists to fill orders as quickly as they used to. So plan ahead and order early.
