Quick, reliable and efficient. One small problem would be having to sign for article if you aren't home though. Maybe have a pre-sign option?

We're so pleased to hear you've had such a positive experience with Pets Drug Mart, and appreciate your kind feedback. Your point about signed delivery is well taken, and can be a point of friction in the process for customers. I'll be sure to pass it along to the Team as we continue to improve our services.

Canada Post once again failed to ring…
Canada Post once again failed to ring the doorbell and just left the notice in the mailbox. My doorbell camera footage proved this as my mailbox is not covered by camera. I insisted that Canada Post correct this shortcoming. I took delivery around 17:30 and was barely cool as package was on top of packs versus being nested among them.

Hi again Gregory, thank you for taking the time to submit this review.
We'll do our part in communicating with our shipping partner again as well, and apologize for the mixup with your delivery. We did take another look at how we pack and process refrigerated items, and are confident in our procedures there, but I'll be passing along this updated note to our Shipping and Operations Teams for further review given your experiences.
Sorry again for the frustration with your recent deliveries. Thank you again, and have a great weekend.

Hi there Robert, thanks for taking the time to submit this review; It means a lot to us.
We're pleased to hear you've had a positive experience with Pets Drug Mart and appreciate you shopping with us and your overall kind feedback.
It's true sometimes we do implement minor price changes based on suppliers' costs to us, but anything major over a short period of time would be an anomaly for PDM. We do our best to keep our prices as competitive and consistent as we can.
Without knowing your exact order details, we do sometimes notice this kind of jump come up between fulfillments with prescription changes from a customer's vet, most often a generic medication being replaced with a more expensive option or vice versa. Regardless, I'll be passing along your note to the Team for review.
Thank you again for shopping with us, and have a great weekend.
Went so much faster than expected
Went so much faster than expected, really happy. Also half price of what i was paying at my local vet. 10/10. Would recommend.

Great place!
I really like this website. Much cheaper to get my cats meds here. My only negative is the delivery. they want me to sign for it but I work full time and if im not here then they send it to another city over 30 mins away at a hub for me to pick up. Wish they would just leave it at a shoppers canada post in my town so I could grab it after work

So easy and huge savings
Super easy process from start to finish
We have our vet send in the prescription and once we need it filled it’s processed quickly and shipped within a few days.
We can’t get this medication compounded where we live so the alternative was just VERY expensive human medication.
This has saved us thousands of dollars for the same medication. We are so thankful.
